| Man, these kids get lucky and unlucky the same time. Extended Winter break but also an unsafe frozen lake. Maybe they should've picked a better location to spend their time. So glad Kurumi has a friend like Yuzu who supports her both as a friend and classmate. Their friendship just feels so wholesome. |

| They may call it “ancient magic” but idc, Yuzu and Kurumi special ability is lesbian romance lmao. I love this whole vacation arc so much, it’s been a blast seeing them get closer and overcome all these various obstacles. That “Kurumi I want you to do this with me. Together we have a chance” scene was too sweet. Imagine Yuzu from ep 1 saying something like that lol. Now we finally have a little more indication of what’s causing them. White haired dude who wants Kurumi to join the Magumi was watching them on the ice and generally seems sus. Suzuki sensei trapped as well?!! Things really getting going plot wise now |

| I started not liking this episode but ended up loving it. It started as slice of life feel that has nothing to do with magic but was relaxing to watch as the students bond. When danger cam, both Yuzu and Kurumi were able to use ancient magic to deal with the danger. Earlier in the episode, Kurumi renewed her vow to give up magic, but Yuzu believed in her. Therefore, Yuzu is best girl. Kurumi was invited to the other class but I reckon it's a trap. I suspect the same teacher abducted Minami-sensei. He is likely trying to prevent Kurumi from wielding her talent for magic. Anyway, what frustrated me earlier was that at Episode 8, Kurumin is still in the phase of refusal from the call in the heroine's journey. It would have been alright if this were 2 cours, but an unlikely season 2 means we will get a half baked story, which is bad because this anime has a great premise. |

| For the last bunch of episodes the pacing has been very weird, I'd say probably since the race. Many characters have a change of heart or behaviour on a whim, reveals come and go without proper time for them to settle down and the characters from the sidelines just limit themselves to say "this is gonna be interesting" while providing nothing. Also, why bother explaining how a magic system works if on practice it works differently since all the times the patterns are the same and do whatever is convenient for the situation. Man, this is really letting me down more so now that all the extras decided to come back as flavor filler. At the very least it kinda looks pretty but that's it. |

| I have a feeling that guy only invited Kurumi to join the Magomi, because he wants her to stop learning ancient magic. serious problem, Minami sensei is kidnapped. oh, and I'm glad Maki is back. I consider her one of the prettier girls in this show, and she has a cheerful personality that makes me smile. |
| WELP Just as Kurumi and Yuzu is finally starting to get the hang of the purify-magic our Loli-sensei has been kidnapped... (and being drained) And our MC has no idea of it, cause everyone still think Sensei gone on a quest since a long while ago... so there's zero suspicion of anything bad happened to sensei. |

| I would like to visit a snowy place someday so I can understand how much fun it is. Who thought moving a rock would cause a catastrophe. Thankfully Kurumi & Yuzu worked together to make ancient magic happen. I am pretty sure it was Mr Harris that took Manami, you can see his clothes and also the way he has been acting recently. |

| Not surprised this doesn't have many watching (has 8/10 from me right now since early on). I'm 25 but feels like for 6-13 year olds. Not sure why this show is rated TV-14. It feels G/TV7, PG at most. Maybe the MRC that made me think they were nazi's at first? (or maybe the possible girl-girl [and male-male] romance/attraction? :c, that would make me sad if reason) 4/5, The "-40°" weather really ticked me off. Seemed more like -8°C maybe but no lower. They literally had no gloves or hats, doubt that fashion is thick enough for weather and then wore they [short] skirts later. Otherwise loved episode. I could feel that sauna experience, I have been in a really nice hot tub with snow everywhere before and it's such a vibe. I don't know how they lasted so long, but you really can just go naked into snow (maybe not -40°, but -8°C for sure). I actually watched an episode recently referencing that ice thing. Wonder what his objective is to make her a magician? Maybe de-wire her from ancient magic? I'm sad she's imprisoned and getting magic/life suctioned :c |
