| This season has a martial arts torunament and it looks like Masayuki is part of it too. Winner gets to face none other than Rimuru so that's exciting to know. I think this episode is also exciting for the fact that other less well known characters gets some time to shine. Not going to lie, this episode and the upcoming ones looks hype. I don't really care who wins but they're adding the anticipation to each round. |

| I mean it wouldn’t even be a competition if all the big shots of Rimuru’s army took part right? Though at the same time I kind of want to know what would’ve become of them if they fought Masayuki lol. But hey this tournament is mainly an entertainment attraction for the people out there, so seeing someone like Diablo one-shotting his opponents wouldn’t have been much “entertaining”. Still the matches in itself had as much as diversity as one could ask for lol. Don’t care much about Gobta but I think this served as a good chance to let others care and think about him as someone who isn’t just there to play the comic relief role, or maybe he’s in the tournament because that is his role lol. Though I again found it hilarious how Masayuki just had to speak and he made it to the finals. This guy isn’t charismatic.. HE IS CHARISMA HIMSELF. Watch him do the trick on Gobta too xD |

| well its been a while since my last forum but anyway i just wanted too see how they adapted the Masayuki and Boyenix forfiet cause that was quite boring in the manga also its the 69th episode in the series thats NICE the fight was good but too short for my liking |

| Episode 69 for Tempest's Martial Arts Tournament with its own Pokémon Elite Four reference, NiCE. Day 2 of Tempest's opening ceremony, and Rimuru dons the Elite Four positions to Shion, Benimaru and Diablo, though the 4th seat is vacant and up for grabs. Of course, the young hero that is Masayuki just has to be part of the competitive running, alongside his right-hand man Jinrai, the flowing swordsman Gaiye, the rivals of Bovix and Equix being dungeon bosses...and Carrion parading as Lion Mask, one of Milim's army. Alongside Tempest's own forces of Gobta and Geld, the tournament gets underway...the powerhouse rivals going against each other with Bovix ending as victor, Masayuki getting a free pass from Jinrai, Gaiye against Gobta with the latter being in a clear disadvantage, but thanks to Ranga who helped him win by wanting to be part of the competition. The quarter finals with Lion Mask vs. Geld, it's truly a hyped match of brute strength with the former scraping a formidable win. But damn, Masayuki putting on a psychological fight against Bovix for a truce to fight him in the dungeon (this giving him another free pass), he's truly a man of valour who passes by the skin of his teeth, something which Rimuru is still dumbfounded by. Gobta with Ranga's help against Lion Mask...by trying to expose him, it's cowardly, but that's Gobta lols, that Rimuru finds surprising and Hinata betting that Masayuki will lose. The young hero Masayuki vs. the escapee Gobta, who will face Rimuru in the end? But what does Gazel have for him too? |

| Nice tournament episode to shake things up. But I have to say something was missing from this tournament: Gabiru. Imagine Gabiru vs. Masayuki, Gabiru vs. Gobta, Gabiru vs. Carrion! Even if it was not Gabiru there were better options this random Gaiye guy, just saying... Otherwise 10/10 episode. |
| Gobuta <3 Raphael knows that he is much stronger than everyone assumes, heh. But she doesnt want to spoil the winner of the tournament. I can imagine gobuta is not being influenced by the heroes talk-no-jutsu. He rather wants to have his fishing rod lol. |
| The martial arts tournament finally underway! Rimuru not allowing any of the higher ups to participate makes sense, gotta keep things somewhat entertaining and that they did. Lot of action in this one and even if it wasn’t conventional, proud of my boy Gobta for making it to the final! Masayuki using his hero charisma to get Bovix to drop out is actually hilarious. Next week’s finale is gonna be a match up of two people who shouldn’t be there 😂 can’t wait to see it At the end of the day Lion Mask still became an urban legend for his performance so I’d say Milim’s subordinate is gonna be happy with the result. |

| Ngl, I was not expecting Gobta to win but I guess the persuasion of a new fishing pole/rod is enough motivation for him heh. Regarding the finals, my prediction is that the hero wins but with talk of Raphael almost saying something twice maybe Gobta has some new/hidden technique up his sleeve, we'll see. |
| The tournament finally begins. Ngl, I'm kinda glad all the matches went by pretty fast. They were short but entertaining. I'm glad they didn't drag the fights like it was a shonen anime. Not that they could've anyway. This Masayuki guy is full of some BS. He dodged fighting twice. I'd like it if he got forced to fight in the final fight in the next episode. Gobta should deal with him. The thing is, Masayuki doesn't seem like a bad guy. But the way he does things make his character feel obnoxious. |
| As much as I want Rimuru to humble Masayuki my ideal outcome for the tournament would be Carrion winning and fighting Rimuru but I suppose Carrion is forced to hold back quite a lot so it wouldnt be the perfect fight I wanted cause I mean logically he would sweep the tournament easily if he wasn't holding back. Ill never forget when he fought Milim, Still one of the best moments in the show imo. Realistically Masayuki is gonna win somehow, I don't really see why we would get Gobta vs Rimuru after all of this so I guess I'm excited to see him get humbled. |
| It's been a while since we've seen plenty of action in this season of Slime, but I welcome it with open arms! =D The tournament battles were pretty good fun to watch. Soka makes for a stellar emcee with how spot on her enthusiasm and confidence was. Geld was defeated here, but he did put up a strong fight against Lion Mask (Carrion) while trying to fight on even terms. It easily makes me respect Geld even more than before. As for Gobta, his style might not be for everyone, but you can't deny how cunning he is. Seeing him getting to the finals was something I wasn't expecting, which is a complete contrast to the other, VERY expected finalist, Masayuki. On another note, I do wonder what Raphael wanted to say to Rimuru. Maybe she's annoyed with him or that someone is preventing her from speaking. Hopefully we'll find out very soon. |
| This hero's skill is something else but they are forshadowing that Gobta might beat him somehow with a new or hidden power. Raphael seems to know something. Carrion entering as lion mask is truly a very Milim thing to do. Btw love the scene with Hinata looking at Rimuru. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Souka is bae, I'm glad she got a ton of screen time, it is a shame it was lost on translation but it was really cute when she read Milim's message to Lion Mask, it is hard to keep track how strong everyone is so I don't blame Rimuru, it was hype to see Geld is also getting close to demon lord strength. | This episode really made me realize how this dude Rimuru started off as a slime with nothing to his name, to now having people fight to be apart of his "Elite Four"... xDDDDDD Masayuki as broken as always, and yeah, Goatbta will pull through.. I hope. |

| Poor Gobta and Ranga.. Either they win and get a fishing rod, or lose and Milim kills them a hundred times. X.X By the way, they skipped why Gobta is in the tournament in the first place... This is why we need more meetings! We're losing so much plot because the studio is rushing this season... The dinner scene also got butchered. Rimuru realizing the pecking order is so funny when the kids say they don't think Hinata could lose to anyone. On the bright side, we did get cameos in the background. And they also focused on Chloe's expressions. Nice foreshadowing! |

| The colusium is the best stage ever for the battle tournament. I mean if Beni and Shion were to enter then every other contestent is gonna be toast. Even without them though the lineup sure was something. The regen speed for the beast duo sure was eye opening. Souka was the perfect host for this. Diablo's reaction to pretty boy losing lol. Still an excellent ep that featured some excellent fights. |

I also don't get Masayuki, it's annoying, Gobta need to teach this guy some lesson. Expected more from Geld v Carrion it was the most serious match ended too quickly. But Carrion was a fun addition although he didn't win his job is done. |
| As much as I like the pacing of the fights, it felt like they were just fucking around honestly, half of them forfeited ffs. And looks like next episode will have another meeting. |

It's a joke position with fake promotions. Soei got another title instead, Rimuru promoted him to Head of Personal Intelligence Team. Hakuro is spending time with Momiji. They already made plans and Rimuru doesn't want him to call them off, that's why he's not attending the tournament. |
