this show seems like another classic cloy paste magic series, which ive seen too much of these past few years

but with how popular it is ill comeback when its done and if still good as people say ill binge it

I mean, danmachi started out as a tropey fantasy, weakling to op anime, but turned into a really great one with really good focus on the side characters, I would not be surprised if this does the same

yah.. I'm happy for fans of the manga but I'm having a hard time understanding why this show specifically deserved, or like warranted such outstanding animation. seems like every other 2 bit fantasy out there. real head scratcher this one. I think I'll ride it out to see if it something narratively interesting happens tho

It just happens sometimes that they get amazing animators all together, though this specifically was intentional from what I've read.

At first, I thought this was going to be a tropey fantasy anime as well, but the pacing and storytelling techniques used were really well done.

The visuals are gergous. Animation was good. Not to mention, the soundtrack was absolutely phenomenal during the fight.

The entire first episode felt like peak fantasy.

What is this nonsense? Nobody cares if you want to "binge watch" or any cringe term you want to use. Its always the "copy paste" argument or w/e, but what is this anime copying exactly? And what does this matter? Having some similarities with other titles doesnt mean a show is a copy or "tropey", its just that you watched too much anime.

@CiccioFaggiano here's the problem with the black clover it has the potential if tabata knew how to write originality, every arc he added an element to every generic shounen that's why it's predictable and didn't sell well enough, but wistoria differ, danmachi and wistoria made by the same author and follows the generic troupe from the start and then start the development after the Mc reaches a certain power or status
