You can't beat rain & adolescence in anime.

I like watching anime at home under my sheets during the rainy season. Anime that portrays and heavily themes around adolescence is my favorite type of anime. Examples are Hyouka, Bunny Girl Senpai, and Oregairu. I also really and I MEAN really like Isekais.

Steins;Gate

Time travel anime that made me appreciate and value my own time. A slow start for most people but for me the slice-of-life moments add to the tension leading up to the time travel elements. Especially with the hook at the ending of episode one.

If I had to choose one last anime to watch on my death bed this would be it.

Hyouka

Adolescence to the max, the mystery-solving aspect is a plus but I loved seeing these high schoolers going through this period of their lives coupled with an amazing soundtrack and gorgeous visuals from KyoAni. Truly, a masterpiece of an anime.

Mushoku Tensei

The peak of isekai. Gorgeous animation, sound design, and vibes especially during travel scenes in season one. The world-building can rival that of other fantasy titles.
