I'm about to finish fate/zero and I'm really enjoying it, but I'm also wondering where I should go from here. I've already seen the fate/stay night trilogy, so can anyone please tell what I should watch after I'm done with zero? |

I wanted to tell you watch Kara no kyoukai after zero, because none of other fate series aren't worth watching and they're not related to zero and stay nights and they're from another world. But when I saw you rated zero 7 and 8 I did regret to tell you. Kara no kyoukai is from same universe of zero and stay night and also from ufotable, but it's completely for adult and has less fights. Fate zero is best of fate series And you rated 7 and 8 Only kids rate like this So I don't recommend you to watch Kara no kyoukai After zero, Kara no kyoukai is the best of them |

@infinite_Shadows there are two things, one of those called opinions and another called better and worse I mean what is exactly good and what is exactly bad Not what is you like it and what is you don't like it. Opinion means this For example I know got is awesome show but I don't like it. That is meaning of better and worse I didn't recommend you anything of fate series not because of your taste actually I didn't because you don't know what is exactly good and what is not. If you're not an adult then you shouldn't even watched fate zero And I don't blame you. Fate zero and Kara no kyoukai only are for adults |

Fate/Extra : Last Encore is actually a "What if the protagonist failed to defeat the last boss ?" Sequel scenario to the PSP game. Playing the game beforehand may greatly enhance the experience. Fate/Grand Order was originally a Gacha mobile game, with (currently) 3 Parts. Part 1, titled "Observer On Timeless Temple", contains a Prologue and 8 story Arcs. First Order adapts the Prologue, Camelot the 6th Arc, Babylonia the 7th, and Solomon the 8th. Camelot and Babylonia are more or less self-contained, and thus can be watched without having played the game, as long as First Order has been seen. (Playing the game beforehand may greatly enhance the experience, especially as these Animes were literally made to thanks the fans for their support, by adapting their favorites story Arcs.) Moonlight/Lostroom is a Prologue to Part 3, titled "Cosmos In The Lostbelt". Watching it without having played the game is, thus, not recommended. {Recaps Fate/Stay Night : TV Reproduction Fate/Stay Night Movie : Unlimited Blade Works Fate/Zero Remix Fate/Apocrypha Recaps Fate/Grand Order : Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia Recaps} Fate/Prototype Mahoutsukai no Yoru (Not Yet Aired) Kara no Kyoukai 1 : Fukan Fuukei Kara no Kyoukai 2 : Satsujin Kousatsu (Zen) Kara no Kyoukai 3 : Tsuukaku Zanryuu Kara no Kyoukai 4 : Garan no Dou Kara no Kyoukai 5 : Mujun Rasen Kara no Kyoukai 6 : Boukyaku Rokuon Kara no Kyoukai Remix : Gate Of Seventh Heaven Kara no Kyoukai 7 : Satsujin Kousatsu (Kou) Kara no Kyoukai 8 : Shuushou Kara no Kyoukai (9) : Mirai Fukuin Kara no Kyoukai (10) : Extra Chorus Shingetsutan Tsukihime Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo : Rail Zeppelin Grace Note - Hakamori to Neko to Majutsushi Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo : Rail Zeppelin Grace Note Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo : Rail Zeppelin Grace Note - Tokubetsu-hen Notes : Fate/Stay Night Movie : Unlimited Blade Works is actually not a recap, but the first adaptation of the Unlimited Blade Works storyline. However, it was so rushed, that it can be considered as a recap/compilation of the best scenes. Kara no Kyoukai Remix is a recap that puts movies 1 to 6 in chronological order, in an AMVs format. (Kara no Kyoukai is a non-linear story, with the timeline of event going back and forth multiple times.) Shingetsutan Tsukihime is considered as a bad adaptation (way, way worse than Fate/Stay Night 2006), to the point that a meme was created : "There is no Tsukihime Anime !".
Fate zero is best of fate series
And you rated 7 and 8
Only kids rate like this
So I don't recommend you to watch Kara no kyoukai
After zero, Kara no kyoukai is the best of them

@Ain2Zwei chill, some people just don't enjoy or love Fate/Zero as other anime, it's just a matter of opinions and perspective. Also, there's no such thing as only for adults. there are demographics targeted at certain age groups like Seinen or Shounen, but everyone can watch any anime and have their own opinion on it. I appreciated and loved Fate/Zero when I was 13, I'm closer to a kid than an adult at the time, yet I still love it to this date, it has nothing to do with age but personal preference and understanding. @infinite_Shadows Back to topic: Fate/Apocrypha for some exciting spinoff, don't expect the same quality Carnival Phantasm for some fun, but it's the Nasuverse so they are many other characters you might not know Emiya-san Chi no Kyou no Gohan for some relaxing comfy show, but I personally didn't enjoy it much Fate/Grand Order: Fate/Grand Order: First Order -> Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia - Initium Iter -> Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia This is where you see the best version of Gilgamesh |

For those who aren't too familiar with the "Mage's association", watching the Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo : Rail Zeppelin Grace Note series may give extra insights into (group of) characters in Fate/Strange Fake.

Kara no Kyoukai Remix is a recap that puts movies 1 to 6 in chronological order, in an AMVs format. (Kara no Kyoukai is a non-linear story, with the timeline of event going back and forth multiple times.)
Shingetsutan Tsukihime is considered as a bad adaptation (way, way worse than Fate/Stay Night 2006), to the point that a meme was created : "There is no Tsukihime Anime !". Reading the Original Visual Novel, the Remake one, or the Manga, is heavily recommended.

I'm a little bit late, but with the 3 Routes of Stay Night and Zero, you completed the Main Story of the franchise (even if Zero isn't really part of it).
Now, you can go for the fun Parodies, the Spin-Offs and their tweaks on the Holy Grail War, or the rest of the "Nasuverse", group of works by the Author. You can also read the Visual Novels, which provide a lot more details to the story and lore.
If you want a whole list :
Important : It is recommended to read the Visual Novel instead of watching the Animes, as they have to cut a lot of dialogue important for characterization.
The Author, Kinoko Nasu, thinks it's impossible to get the same quality of writing due to the difference in medium.
If you don't want to play it now (or even at all), you can still watch the Animes, but always keep in mind this alternative.
Fate/Stay Night (2006)

Fate/Stay Night : Unlimited Blade Works
Fate/Stay Night : Unlimited Blade Works 2nd Season
Fate/Stay Night : Unlimited Blade Works 2nd Season - Sunny Day
Fate/Stay Night Movie : Heaven's Feel I - Presage Flower
Fate/Stay Night Movie : Heaven's Feel II - Lost Butterfly
Fate/Stay Night Movie : Heaven's Feel III - Spring Song
Fate/Zero
Fate/Zero 2nd Season
Notes :
Fate/Stay Night 2006's visuals are outdated (especially when compared to Ufotable's), and if you don't understand Shirô (due to a lot of his monologues being cut), he can be extremely annoying... Most people suggest to skip it, but it's still the best way to get into the franchise (without reading the Visual Novel), thanks to the exposition. It's also the only series that has a fully fleshed-out development of Saber (mascot of the franchise), and also the fantastic OSTs of Kenji Kawai (OST Sample).
If you struggle too much watching it, you can watch the TV Reproduction recaps instead, or completely skip it, but i really think it's a shame...
For those who aren't too familiar with the universe of the franchise, watching the Kara no Kyoukai movies (another work of the Author) can help to clarify the ending of Heaven's Feel III.
Even if you don't want to read the Visual Novel, i still recommend to read the following chapters :
- Last Episode, the Epilogue of the 2006 Anime. (There is also a Manga Adaptation of it, but it spoils Unlimited Blade Works.)
- When It's Spring & Cherry Blossom's Dream, a two-part Alternative Ending to Heaven's Feel.
- Sparks Liner High, Shirô VS Saber Alter, one of the "Bad Ending" of Heaven's Feel.
Fate/Zero is considered by many as the best series of the entire franchise. However, being a prequel, it expects you to be already familiar with the lore, and to know the outcome of it. You can watch it first, but the long info dump can be rough, the series will spoil most twists of the three Stay Night series (the majority of it in the first episode), and the different, grittier, tone, may disarray some. This story is not written by the original Author, Kinoko Nasu, but by Gen Urobuchi, which was very surprised to learn that people discovered the franchise with his work, but made it clear that it was important to experience it in last, as everything is build on what was revealed in the three Stay Night series.

There's one answer. only kids. 6 is a positive score, and 7 even more. I also rate basing on my enjoyment. I'm generally not too much of a huge fan of psychologial and philosophical stories; i prefer mystery. If we want to talk about lists, then your 8.47 mean score, with Aldnoah Zero, Mirai Nikki and Tokyo Ghoul as 9 is simply straight up laughable for someone explicitly claiming he's an adult. Ain2Zwei said: All the people thinks fate stay night is better than zero,(im saying better not like it) is a kid You know Zero is a fan-fiction story largely built from the infos of Stay Night, and treat the same themes, right ? The only better thing Zero truly has over the 3 Stay Night Routes, is how it adapted the source material. Due to it being a short Light Novel rather than a lenghty Visual one, they had to cut way less dialogues (which were a lot more important for the characterization of the characters in Stay Night). |

@infinite_Shadows there are two things, one of those called opinions and another called better and worse
I mean what is exactly good and what is exactly bad
Not what is you like it and what is you don't like it. Opinion means this
For example I know got is awesome show but I don't like it.
That is meaning of better and worse
I didn't recommend you anything of fate series not because of your taste actually I didn't because you don't know what is exactly good and what is not.
If you're not an adult then you shouldn't even watched fate zero
And I don't blame you.
Fate zero and Kara no kyoukai only are for adults
I mean what is exactly good and what is exactly bad
Not what is you like it and what is you don't like it. Opinion means this
For example I know got is awesome show but I don't like it.

I didn't recommend you anything of fate series not because of your taste actually I didn't because you don't know what is exactly good and what is not.
If you're not an adult then you shouldn't even watched fate zero
And I don't blame you.
Fate zero and Kara no kyoukai only are for adults
@Ain2Zwei fate zero is edgelord slop for teens, not adults |

NubFix said: @Ain2Zwei chill, some people just don't enjoy or love Fate/Zero as other anime, it's just a matter of opinions and perspective. @infinite_Shadows Back to topic: Fate/Apocrypha for some exciting spinoff, don't expect the same quality Carnival Phantasm for some fun, but it's the Nasuverse so they are many other characters you might not know Emiya-san Chi no Kyou no Gohan for some relaxing comfy show, but I personally didn't enjoy it much Fate/Grand Order: Fate/Grand Order: First Order -> Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia - Initium Iter -> Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia This is where you see the best version of Gilgamesh you forgot camelot and solomon temple of time |
