| Not really that scary but it was definitely unsettling with the husband muttering to himself and seeing those flashes of the past, and he was unfortunately either possessed or driven mad which led to his wife killing him with the exact ink stone that caused all this in the first place, a sad end but at least it seems like the wife is okay. And I’m ngl I was fully expecting the husband to be writing in blood but it didn’t go that far. Also I do recognize the artist for this one, the spooked face of the wife is what made me remember, it’s a good style. Not the greatest of episodes but certainly not bad, let’s see what the final stretch of episodes is like! |

| Getting flashbacked should've been a hint for the husband not to use the inkstone, not sure why he wouldn't mention it to his wife anyway. This was the worse episode of the season, I kind of like the artstyle itself, but boy did it make this episode feel ever so extra goofy. I don't get the sense they were going for parody but it sure felt closer to one than to a horror story. |
