Is there update wheather we will get a second season or not?!

There are tons of mediocre anime airing Every season but some good shows struggle to get a continuing season 😞

It seems like the animation studio doesn’t really put that much out like maybe 1 or 2 anime’s a year and they have 1 going rn going based on that since they already have an anime airing in spring best assumption would be announcement late 2024 and release mid 2025

Hate to break to you but anime is a business so if let say a series succeed in doing what she was suppose to then yes it's likely to get a second season. (being increase in original material sales and Blu Ray sales for more information check oricon chart) so the more likely conclusion considering how long it's been with nothing for that particular series then it's safe to assume it failed. (I don't have the oricon numbers so if someone have them it will actually highlight the situation as I just used conjecture based on how it work unless that show is a particular case like Tate no yuusha Ni nagiari to get two seasons confirmation at once and nobody somehow talked about it)

I really want a second season too, this is the show that finally got me into reading mangas because I just couldn't wait for more of it so I would love for it to continue, and it's their most received show, if this can't get them to make a new season idk what will

There are many anime out there with only one season, and TG is one of them. Sadly, not every anime can be continued. Just don't get your hopes up, and don't be disappointed. If something comes up while you've forgotten this anime, you'll be much happier than if you wait in uncertainty.
Not that I believe this will get a continuation, but by some miracle if it happens, I hope for some other experienced studio to do S2. The first season was too disappointing for me.

I don't think the anime is getting a second season . . .
I mean I have lost hope and ended up reading the manga and I can surely say Yuuichi's Expressions are more sinister and devil-ish in the manga . . . you should give it a try. Chapter 26 if you want to start after the anime . . .

Only means is for the studio a optional task to make second season, so is secure the fact need to wait at least 4 years or more.

I was also like that but trust me the manga is crazy and its definitely not the wrong choice.
Yuuichi is just the living bad boy.

1st season took, i think 26 chapters so you got about 100chapters of story waiting for you..
Also i think the story is coming to an end.

I am re-reading it right now for the 3rd TIME!

I wanted also to wait for the anime.
But then i heard that there wont come an second season.

That they just made 1 season to sell more manga copies and it will not come an 2 season in the next years

the manga rocks. anyways, even if season 2 comes out, I doubt they can put all of those games into one season. There are still 5 more games.
