| Even though that dragon Will and his party faces has an overwhelming presence, they can't back down. Well, maybe they can but with how things are going, it's looking bleak. The episode did drag a bit and I think it was aiming for more of psychological impact. They really do need a plan to get out out of this one alive. |

| Now, that's a truly dragon holy shit. Finally reaching Valacirca's presence, the group prepared themselves for a fierce battle against overwhelming power. However, Valacirca made an unexpected proposal, suggesting that they could become servants without fighting. Will was thrown into confusion by this unforeseen proposition, but Valacirca, as if adding insult to injury, lowered their head and laughed. The nerve Valacirca shows is unbelievable. He spots Will and the squad gearing up to take him down and casually says, "No, that's not why you're here. You're going to hire me, pay up big time, and then just leave. Got it?" It's almost ridiculous, but if divine intervention hadn't stepped in, he might have pulled it off. Pretty incredible. That's what a dragon is really all about. It’s not looking good for Will and the gang… they need to think up something, and fast. |

| And here is the climax episode(s) that has the same name as this season! The dragon is an interesting character. His proposal came completely out of left field. You can feel just how powerful and menacing he is. And the art was good too. Good episode. I'm guessing Will and his party will need some help from the gods, I don't see them winning otherwise. |

| Damn, what an episode. Valacirca is such an intimidating enemy. Even with all his training and prep, Will couldn’t help but literally start shaking in his boots at the dragon’s proposal. Their conversation was as good as any fight. It was a nice mental showdown between them and Will passed with flying colours. Valacirca isn’t just an intimidating enemy physically, but mentally he knows how to play on people’s doubts and insecurities too, making him truly a scary opponent. Many people would’ve taken that peace proposal. Only someone like Will, with a truly established moral compass and sense of direction would’ve been able to refuse. The action scenes were well done, I liked seeing Will try and surpass blood by going for Valacirca’s scars and breaking the scales. figured things were going too well in the fight and no way the dragon would go down with one spell that easily. Words of creation are such an OP magic. Wonder how Will and the party will deal overcome this. |

| Interesting conversation between the dragon and Will but ofc it comes to battle. Will actually managed to break through his scales, he's really strong. He used some powerful spells too but still not enough. The dragon supposedly has fought against all kinds of spells. So is Will gonna create something new to take it down? |

| While this has been a doozie for most episodes, this week was a very good one. It's been a while since we saw a powerful dragon that mere mortals can't just challenge without feeling the dread of how powerless they are against it, even with multiple party members. Very good. |
| The crux episode of the sequel season is here, and the Calamity's Sickle Valacirca is no slouch. All of the lessons that was taught to Will, it is for this moment to face off against one of the strongest entities they've ever faced. The pleasantries of being a servant for either, Valacirca will not wait, but this wavers Will to choose between peace or death. That decision, is handed back to Valacirca for him to mend his ways, or face death at their hands...which apart from solving his riddle, the dragon will still remain as a vicious being. With a breakdown in negotiations, Will faces Valacirca, as well as the rest in tandem, which this fight is quite the intensity, considering that Will is imitating Gus's triple-casting magic to defeat him. But even then, to win this by mere chance, Valacirca is not easily defeated as the Words of Transformation held his overall regard against Will's Words of Obliteration. Dragon 1 - Will 0. What will be Will's counter knowing the all-knowing Valacirca? |

| That was uhh... SO UNDERWHELMING tbh to say the least. This is the best they could do even with a studio change huh. I really recommend reading the third volume of the novel to anyone watching this anime. |
