| It seems as this episode's battle progressed, Desir is enjoying himself beyond just competiting for a higher rank. Azest seems to be one of his most significant adversary. Azest seems like the 'all business' type so I'm not surprised she's taking her battles extremely seriously. |

| Desir vs. Azest in the most intense showdown, he's had his eye on her for most of his past life, as well as her powers, which her Frozen Throne Vision Magic is also something that Desir already had experience beforehand to outwit her and bring out her best. As for Pram and Romantica, Doneta and Percival joining hands for once...still proves no game for the girl who's been honing her powers since Desir's relentless training. The truth is that Desir is just trying to disspell the Privius Clock Tower from releasing monsters and get to the Top 9 single rankers, and he used Azest to the greatest degree to finish the quest instead of fighting against the people that would party with him in the future. This, to the various noble professors, is blasphemy, though the headmaster has already determined them, and while Desir had acknowledged Azest's beating of Desir by a hair, it's nonetheless that they managed to clear the Shadow World. Regardless, Azest wants to join their training, which shows her change of heart, and the trio head to Professor Brigitte to learn of their results, which they eventually passed and become single rankers promoted to the Alpha class. A highly revered cake for the special occasion, as Brigitte remembers how she brought Desir up to the young man he is now. Congratulations to the trio. |

| Azest fought well but Desir was a step ahead of her as his real goal was to finish the quest. Good for them now they are single rankers and also promoted to alpha class. The short flashback Brigette had was nice. So Azest will just train with them and not join their party? Makes sense ig. |

| LETS GOO BEST GIRL AZEST IS IN THE HAREM. At least somewhat, she’s training with Desir and the group. Maybe one day she’ll party up as well. Been waiting on this ever since she appeared. Just love her design, the poised and dignified persona etc. Like we all said last week, the animation was lacking during the Azest and Desir fight, but it seemed a little better than last week which was full of speed lines and PowerPoint slides. Desir is clearly on another level from everyone else rn which makes sense since he’s got all his abilities from years in the future. But not just physically, he’s mentally ahead of the game too. Focusing on the whole objective rather than singular battles which was kind of their downfall against the dragon if you think about it. I wonder how he’s going to get stronger. We’ve seen romantica, pram and even azest grow in a short period of time, but since he’s fighting weaker people, where will his growth come from? I love how protective and clingy pram and romantica have become with Desir. Especially pram, lil fella just wants to be praised by his idol “Desir, what about me?!” ๐ romantica is still a tsundere but getting to be much more dere lately. The look on her face when Azest asked to join the training sessions was gold. And that Brigitte flashback to end the episode was a great capstone on a solid 24 mins of action. Desir has certainly come a long way from the little boy she knew. Def going out and getting the novel today |

| The trial drags on with the battle between Azest & Desir. Okay I got tired of this 2 episodes ago. Azest is arrogant AF, and her magic powers are way over the top for just fighting against one guy. Even if he lost he already proved he isn't some low ranker. She acts like she''s just destined to win because how high class she is. So she isn't proving much of a point if she has to throw that much at him. Desir raised the most ridiculous issue with her though- she's "so incredibly strong" and hasn't fought against a worthy opponent before. Wait- WAT The only way you get good at competition, at fighting, at anything- is by having a challenge. You don't get that amazing by having NO challenges! No way chick is that good just because she's born into nobility. What a joke. I don't like her design... her hair is too much, and her furry eyelashes. And all she does is frown and boast. Desir just standing around invoking magic circles got old 8 episodes ago. Pram TAKES THE CAKE by launching an awesome kick with his lovely legs Best moment in show him kicking that jacka55 Then he gets to eat it too when the "Professor Brigitte' lady (who is kind of a MILF) serves the three of them a giant chocolate cake at the end. The battle is finally over, Big Ben will bong no more. |

Plus pram and romantica both got a thing for desir so it’s def a harem. |

| @GakutoDeathGlare To be fair, all of these popular, overhyped manhwas are all pretty mediocre. Solo Leveling is super hyped and the story is about as dumb as the average isekai, if not more. I don't know what gets them so hyped, but from what I can tell it seems to be the art style, action and the edginess. Which is of course a recipe for disaster, because then the fans start spreading hate once the anime obviously can't live up to the art style and action that they are imagining (and they keep up making up wild dreams like "UFOTABLE HAS TO ANIMATE THIS"). |

I assume something going to happen. In the opening credits Azest stands with the rest of Desir team. At least for me that means Azest will join Desir team eventually.
| @Moppit That's what I think too since in the credits she is standing with the other two in Desir's team, so hopefully she ends up as part of their group since Desir, Pram & Romantica are now moved form beta to alpha. |

| Azest has finally been conquered! Yes! Last girl for the harem (excluding Pram). Thank goodness they toned down Pram's femboy baitfulness. ๐ณ So we can focus more on the story—but I spoke too soon. Next episode, definitely a fan service. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| nice episode; it was great that prof brigette got the last laugh and the gang made a new friend to train with. i think this is going to be a tipping point because in the future i don't think she was there. i bet the lads will eventually join too but alpha class is probably going to look down on them to begin with. pram as always is super cute, loving the head pats. |

| huh? so suddenly half the staff including the head just defends the commoners? why? Given their previous attitude, it makes no sense and 0 explanation is given. As if our protag didn't already outsmart and beat the magic knight from the start....Also, the chubby professor remained in the school despite even the principal ridiculing him. |
