| Great episode. But yeah, sometimes there are just impossible ways to survive like Kirika walking towards a mob of Chinese mafia and gunning down everyone last of them. Some of them we're staring at each other as each teammate gets owned. Chloe owned Shaoli too quickly. We really need to know Kirika's past. Come on now! Can't wait for the next episode! |

| The scene on the temple stairs was so stupid. There's like, what, 20 guys? And they didn't even bother shooting at Kirika. Other than that, it was a decent arc and this Great Return thing sounds interesting. |

This show feels so serious, and then a completely ridiculous action sequence is thrown in. In some goofy action anime that would be fine, but here it just seems out of place. The atmosphere of this show already puts us in a calm and meditative state where we're observing and thinking about everything, so the illogic of bad action scenes is much more obvious. If they put as much thought into the mechanics of a gun fight as they did the music, this series would be almost perfect. |
