| Learned a few pieces to the puzzle this chapter. It seems that Sakura's death was an accident and it happened the day before Haruki's birthday. Haruki actually didn't learn about it until her birthday. This manga is pretty inconsistent with how Sakura's "ghost" is presented. Half of the time it seems she is a metaphor for Haruki's memories of Sakura, but other times she is presented like a full-blown schizophrenic hallucination. It kind of distracts from the emotional impact of the loss Haruki is experiencing, tbh. |
