| The show finally returned and tbh, they didn't waste much time jumping right back into the madness. It goes to show that demons in this anime are still dangerous as ever. Also kinda sad taht Reno got caught up in all this chaos. She carries a huge repsonsibility and imo, Reno had to deal with a lot of trouble among all this chaos. |

| A half-year return for Maou Gakuin, and no BS to go straight back to where we once were left with. With Anos being his kid self, facing the Great Spirit Tree with Leno, she knows that her time is up, and Shin just could not just voice his concern, and that birthed the Teacher Euyunien, with the school that was birthed from her Spirit tears, Leno wants to build to nurture the next generation, as Anos and Co. are in now. Lay and Misha keeping an eye on both the Great Mother Spirit and Shin, she just wants him to rest his Demon King-loyal life and learn what it means to be human. The Blaze Death King Erdomaid coming to both Leno and Shin warranting Leno to stop the birth of the Child of God that would slain the Demon King Anos in 2000 years, it's blasphemy for Shin, though to Anos, this is his normal stance of repeating his persistence of being his enemy. And that to Shin brings the same message, though to lead them to the Heavenly Father God NousGalia, Erdomaid sure tricked them, but his lie isn't going through to Shin. Furthermore, to exact his revenge, using NousGalia's power just isn't going to cut through Shin's loyalty to Anos as the evil god-killing magic sword who knows no love. Shin Reglia may be without love, but he actually needs no thing, and Leno orders him to protect her, just as he had protected Anos before. Even with a long comeback, this feels convoluted, though thankfully this episode's exposition is just between Shin and Leno. |

| Long time no see, eh? It's great to welcome Anos and his group back after such a long break! Picking up from where we left off six months ago, the investigation of Anos and his team in Aharthern is ongoing. Even though they can't alter Avos Dilhevia's designation as the "Demon King of Tyranny," Anos gains valuable hints from Leno. Anos accompanies Erdomaid to Delsgade. There, Shin and Erdomaid battle it out, and we learn that he has no love at all, as he is just a magical sword with the body of a human Half a year has passed, and the CG tree remains unchanged, its unattractive appearance persisting. It's surprising how its ugliness endures. However, amidst this, the characters' lively hues, especially Leno's attire, continue to stand out. Interestingly, it's evident that even in the past, Eldmed continues to pose challenges for our main characters. This reaffirms the notion that the demons within this anime still hold considerable threat. The relationship between Leno and Shin is intriguing, and I'm eager to witness its further exploration in upcoming episodes before the narrative returns to the present timeline. With Aniplex bringing back Maou Gakuin, it's only a matter of time until we see Ayakashi Triangle return as well. |

| Okay, what I remember is that: Misa's alter-ego is the fake demon lord They are (were?) taking a test There is a queen of spirits with them There is a smol Anos This is more than I thought I'd remember. I'm kinda surprised at myself. And I wonder if the rebroadcast version has any differences from the initial one. Ayakashi Triangle had some for example. Oooh right they traveled in time and gods are evil in this. 5:31 and they pretended to be entertainers when they first got here. 10:49 I remember this guy being a disguised god as a demon. Tho that's in the present so this may be the real one. The ED is good, there is a feeling of both despair and hope. Looking forward to seeing the OP again, I completely forgot how it sounds or looks. I don't really get how did we get here and what's happening on a grand scale, but this was entertaining. Btw do you remember that season 2 is going to be 2 cours? I'm praying for the anime staff's well being 🙏 |

| The show is finally back, and with a bang! It was a great episode imo: we learnt a lot more, and also got some nice action moments and a couple of really cute scenes. I liked it :) |
| I don’t know what the hell is going on or who any of these people are. Not gonna rewatch, I’ll just go over it again once I get to this part of the story in the light novel lol. I briefly remember a time travel arc to stop a god or something but that’s it. Even before the hiatus the story was convoluted and there were way too many gods, spirits and other stuff that had us tripping. It’s probably better in book form. That aside, this was actually a solid episode. Shin and Leno got 24 minutes of development and characterisation. Good decision to skip the OP and go right into the story after 7 months. I see the CGI trees are here to stay sadly lol. Some really cute moments especially at the end between Shin and Leno. Looking forward to seeing how that “I’ll teach you about love” promise goes. Leno is gorgeous |

| He was saying: God Killing Sword. I was reading: Good Looking Sword.. ..and couldn't for the life of me figure out why his looks were important. I was beginning to think it was a rouse and the god really wanted Shin to be his baby daddy. If I hadn't of paused and saw god killing in the frame, I would still be lost. This episode picked up where it left off, but I think I may need a refresher. I was a little lost with the trees. Glad we finally get to finish. |

| Any show with a ~ 6 month delay halfway thru would hurt it but especially this one. The story was already convoluted and annoying to follow. This episode was aight but I'm finding it hard to care after the break. Hopefully the last 5 eps have more Anos focus since he's always been the best part of the show. |

| I'm so glad this show is finally back, it is super hard to follow and throws so many new concepts, characters and lore all at once yet it is hell of entertaining and engaging but even on a regular schedule you could barely understand what was going on, that was a cute episode getting to know more about the past. |

| Holy crap man, the last episode of this was in February this year and it’s now August, so I’ve definitely forgotten a good bit of what’s currently happening in the story lol. I remember even when this season first dropped folks were confused, so it’s gotta be especially bad now. All that being said tho, this was a decent episode to come back to, it was mostly focused on Leno and Shin which I found to be easy to understand even with the delay thankfully, there were a few parts that had me scratching my head tho like the beginning of the episode when that CGI nightmare of a tree bestowed her knowledge on everyone lol. Even after Nous Galia laid out the facts that Shin can’t feel love, Leno is convinced he can be fixed lol, but their relationship is kinda sweet, the stone coldness of Shin paired with the bubbly Leno go well together so I don’t mind her continued efforts to fix the unfixable. But yeah man, I guess we’re back with this show now, hoping the rest of the season goes smoothly and it finishes out strong despite the delay, I do know one thing for sure tho, and that’s that the OP and ED are absolute jams so I was really happy hearing the ED again this episode lol. |

| I jjust rememebred Ilioroagu, Misa was the chosen god child . Now I am lost and might have to rewatch to understand. The first time i watched this, it seems alot of time skip which has left me confused. |

| The demon king is finally back and oh god how much has happened. It seems as I can see that Nousgalia wont be the father of the child of god but Shin (which is actually a magic sword wth??) would be the father, thats why he's considered the great spirit king 2000 years afterwards |

| Quite honestly, I'm feeling completely and utterly lost. And that 7 months gap isn't the only reason by the way, as megaload of information dumping throughout this season has somewhat made it all more difficult to keep a track of anything at all. Anyways, will we really do the cliche of A teaching B about emotions and love?? Where's that people trash talking each other and Anos overpowering the hell out of them? |
