 The official website of the Yuusha ga Shinda! (The Legendary Hero Is Dead!) television anime unveiled on Monday six additional cast, opening theme, key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on April 7 at 1:00 a.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11.Cast Esel Borgnine: Sayaka Ohara (Fairy Tail) Belarco: Wataru Hatano (One Punch Man) Isaac Gardner: Takashi Aoki (Mugen no Juunin: Immortal) Leland Tolman: Chikahiro Kobayashi (Beastars) Friedrich Norstein: Kensho Ono (Bungou Stray Dogs) Diego Valentine: Shintarou Asanuma (Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou desu yo?) Masayoshi Ooishi (Koi wa Sekai Seifuku no Ato de) is performing the opening theme "Shinda!," which is previewed in the promotional video below. Voice Actress Yurika Kubo performs the ending theme "Kawaikutte Ijiwaru Shichau." Rion Kujou (Shin Ikkitousen) is helming the anime at LIDENFILMS. Yuu Satou (Kotarou wa Hitorigurashi) is handling the series composition and Yousuke Yabumoto (Tribe Nine) is designing the characters. Kana Utatane (Mieruko-chan), Yuuki Nara (Idoly Pride), yamazo (RobiHachi), and MOKA☆ (Noragami Aragoto) are composing the music. The anime adapts Subaruichi's action adventure manga, which began in the Ura Sunday magazine and MangaONE application from December 2014 to December 2020.
