Giving you a blanket advice, by default, go for subbed unless the Japanese dub is too irritating or annoying. Englishd ubbed audio does not sync with the mouth movements and expressions and the background music and sound effects take a huge hit in quality, too. |

No, the mouth movements are often made with japanese dialogues in mind, so the English dub often doesn't sync with it...or they just change the dialogue to make it sync. |

It obviously doesn't 100% of the time because they aren't fools to work that hard. But in certain scenes where they put extra emphasis on the dialogue or the character say it slow... you can see the difference. |

And besides watching subbed is just one way to expose myself to new languages which I might decide to properly learn later.
