| Kushida and that smile.... As Ayanokouji went on to try to find more easier ways to deal with their specal exams, it looks like they might have other problems to deal with. On the other hand, it's pretty obvoius how much Ayanokouji's new admirer likes him but I don't think he has time to deal with romance at the moment. |

| About time we’ve Haruka and Miyake making an appearance, and well straight up we went to that study group. It was a brief but okay we'll have plenty of those kinda meetings down the line. Kushida though and that hella cringe backstory of her, just make me want to despise her even more. Though still we already have that bet between her and Horikita, like just score more and save your ass or else an expulsion, for Horikita that is. That esteemed paper shuffle next time. |

| The start of Kushida's sortie into the Paper Shuffle with her, Horikita and Hirata as teachers, and both Akito Miyake and Haruka Hasebe making an appearance for the first time as the weakest link, they're a weird pair that for their questions being decided by Ryuen's class, it's bound to go ham. And the latter is almost close to figuring out the real mastermind behind the school festival antics. Ayanokouji dropping in on Horikita's study group, and while Sato is there, he's basically there to keep watch on the teacher dealing with Kushida, which sees the former go back to her roots and facing the double-faced facade head on, and betting on the tests to determine whether she stays or leaves with her all-honours older brother being the witness and nothing more. The bet being math, and the consequence being of explusion, there's equal trade in tandem towards Ayanokouji. Kushida's backstory is awashed of honour and praise with the desire of recognition, and that in the same way, turns her popularity into obsession when no one would ever notice her. The downward spiral of how someone sweet on the outside can be a devil on the inside, she's just a catalyst in waiting if she finds problems with anyone and everyone to wreck people that's not on her side. Kushida's character is basically just a monster in creation, and the bet is on either way. |

| They really had to start the episode with Kushida huh? Ugh. She’s worst than Mami, I swear. Having Kushida as one of the teachers and monitoring the sessions is a mistake. She’s gonna leak info for sure. Yukimura is a good dude, good on him for leading a study group. Hasebe and Miyake are like of one mind. How do they both make the same exact mistakes on their assignment? Lol. Ayanokoji’s plan is pretty smart. Just test the bounds of what’s acceptable for this Paper Shuffle. I’ll be keen to see how that plays out. Ryuuen getting Ayanokoji’s number is worrying. Wonder if that was Kushida or what. Anyways, this wager is gonna be interesting. I didn’t expect Horikita to get her brother involved. Kushida must be good at math if that’s what she’s picking. This added condition isn’t gonna turn out how Kushida wants it to. So we finally finally get to hear her story and what do we get? Some pathetic sob story about her constant need for validation? Wow. I get wanting to be praised, but making herself the class gopher for the sake of popularity and absolutely hating it is sad. Did you see how hard she was brushing her teeth and her hair? Girl needs psychological counseling. Her little burn book is what destroyed the class though huh? She’s free to vent and it’s unfortunate her blog got out, but she can’t honestly be surprised her classmates reacted poorly to her talking shit about all of them and spilling all their secrets on some blog. Her need for praise and attention is truly sad. She certainly is a “monster created by the desire for recognition”. I can’t wait for her to lose. I look forward to next week when she inevitably fails in her plan and loses her shit. It’s gonna be a fun ep for sure. |
| So that's how it is huh. Kushida as Ayanokoji puts it is, "A monster who feeds on recognition". She had a dark past, so it's no wonder that she wants Horikita expelled. And now that the bet's been placed, it's gonna get really interesting. |

| This episode was probably the best adapted episode yet. Though yes, still many things cut and changed around, it was decent and enjoyable, even for me who thinks season 2 is a big mess and disappointment. Kushida is one of the only characters that the anime has done justice to, I think they adapted her character well. Wish we got see more of Koji's study group but I guess they're saving that for next episode and naming the group like they did in the LN. I thought a certain girl would appear this episode, but again I guess next episode. Ryuuen's message was changed to "Who are you?" rather than "What are you?" which I preferred more because it sounds more intimidating. However that's just me nitpicking so nothing major lmao. This episode actually had the most consistent and good animation this season, despite being outsourced again to that Chinese studio from episode 5. So that's nice. Decent episode. |

| Ah yes the animation finally improved, it was cool to see everything from kushidas perspective. I honestly expected something more dark and dramatic but it was still a good episode. Can't imagine horikita and ayanokouji both dropping out though lol |

| Kushida's whole reasoning of wanting to expel ayanoukoji and suzune is because they know that she's an attention whore? WOW, thats a good reason why u want to expel us. The worst part is no one is trying to ruin her or stopping her from getting the attention she desperately wants. Im genuinely pissed at the fact she's trying to ruin someone just because she assumed that they 'know' her past. |

| Kushida's smile and her VA's voice, damn. And yeah, decent adaptation but nonetheless good one. (like regarding ichinose one) Don't know in which pattern they gonna adapt the debut tho. |

| Uh so now we have a Kushieda vs Horikita contest and if Kushieda beat her at the test Horikita will have to leave the school with Ayanokoji as well... her backstory was ridiculous lol, she wanted recognition and told all the secrets of everyone but they make it like it's some extreme heavy things that will ruin people life but they're just middle schoolers this is just some childish young teenagers drama it doesn't even make sense. |
