Whack.

So here's what happened, they had to create a flashback for Shaun and Ikki at this point not because they need it, that was just an unnecessary plus, their main goal was to introduce June because since now she has a larger role they also have to give her more scenes. As a development tool it is understandable, but poorly done.

There is also Shaun's attack on Gemini that isn't shown hitting "anyone" but her chains still get some trinket on it? Would have been better to see that moment than Shaun's too long flashback.

They also combined two different moments for Hyoga: the last time he sees his mum before going to the Sanctuary and what happens to him after he is teleported through Gemini's Another Dimension. Now Camus find Hyoga in Siberia and teleport him to Libra's House. The fact that Saints can open a portal is stupid, one of the premises of the Sanctuary was that Saints wanting to get to the Grand Master would have to go through the 12 Houses and you couldn't use any form of teleportation.

Besides that, and ignoring some dialogue, the rest of the episode was pretty much the same as the manga. I wished Hyoga sounded more "ignorant" on Camus' move.

PS: I hate how they keep mentioning the Old Master's name in the subs and not calling him as "Old Master"

i always thought Ikkis master was a cool an enigmatic character that i wished we d ve learned more about even if we dont get to see his face, o wait he isnt called Ikki in the subs but rather they call him Nero... an for some reason they call the old master by his name in the subs as well, its just odd
Camus can open portals? i guess he can only do that in his own temple since teleporting in the sanctuary is impossible due to the Grand Masters control over it

it is a cheap production, bad adaptation because it is a faithful copy of the original manga, when the adaptations are supposed to be superior to the source material
at least shun is not a yaoi character

Nice backstory of Nero and Shaun; same with Nero interrupting Gemini Gold Knight and thus helping Shaun. It was nicely done.

Camus capable of opening portal to not only Sanctuary, but also to House of Zodiac that wasn't his own, was dumb. The whole premise of Sanctuary was to make it almost entirely immune to such measurements as teleportation. You had to move there on foot, whether you were Bronze or Gold Saint. Only those who mastered meddling with dimensions could perform such thing to some extent (like Gemini Gold Saint).

And well, Camus surely acted like a douchebag, lol.
