is this manga similar to diary of a wimpy kid except the protagonist is a clinically diagnosed psychopath?

the protagonist seems to be actually written like some one with psychopathy, and i don't mean the modern term that people use to call people like greg from diary of a wimpy kid a psycho (hes more of a narcissist)
but the whole narration of the protagonist in first person seems like this person is genuinely some one who is clinically detached from his self similarly to some psychopaths and their day dreaming,
as some one whos been with groups of people like this, id say even if its fantastical and fantasy, this does seem like its pretty well written.

i dare say this author is the king of short stories

doawk but if there's no diary and also if greg was an adult serial killer with fully homosexual pedophilic urges and also there's nothing funny about the plot and there's scat and there's no family related moments or the main character learning a lesson of growing up and facing embarrassment or

you are not seeing the big picture, im talking about the style of the narration and the way its written.

think of it like the tell tale heart short story.,
