| Cute show, reminds me a little of Yuki Yuuna with a slice of life like feeling. Seems the main cast are introduced all at once with some characters more goofy and others more serious. The storytelling didn't impress me much yet but it's just the first episode. Got to see a lot of food and tea though. There may be some darker story from the behind the scenes but we'll see later. Mell is such an energetic light bulb. |

| The first game adaptation of the season (a mobage at that), and I feel that Liden Films has recently been the home of many game adaptation series that won't ever appeal to the West. Nitroplus and Good Smile Company's show gives Little Witch Academia vibes, and the character designs from Re:Zero's illustrator Shinichirou Ootsuka will be the only thing that is reminiscent of that feeling. The closest being Mell which is reminiscent of Petra, and Arsnotoria being a small loli version of Emilia. I can tell that this is mostly in the same CGDCT vein and feels harmless, the 5 central Pentagram girls of the Magic Academy of Ashlam (Picatrix, Little Alberta, Arsnotoria, Abramelin and Mell). That is until the plot kicks in of a sinister setting. How that links to the central girls, there's more to be seen, other than the OP's foreshadowing. Just like any other game adaptation, a decent start. |

| This started off like a light and fluffy fantasy SoL anime. Cute girls, silly banter, a fun little dynamic between them all. And then the last few minutes was literally just a massacre. Was that Kenjiro Tsuda? I haven’t played the game so idk what’s really going on. Still, I’m kinda curious to see what’s up so I’ll give this the usual 3 eps. But anyways, is it actually cream first or marmalade? And how do you tea drinkers have your tea? Milk first or second? I prefer milk second (if I use milk at all). |
| 95% of the show would be made of sugar. Their palette is filled with pastel colors. As far as watching the episode except the last few minutes, it is a CGDCT show. |

| This first episode didn't helped wash away my tension about this anime. With those character design(especially Mell's), is about witches, and was mostly them drinking tea. A certain series come to mind, and that make me anxious. |

| Second most entertaining Otsuka tea party I’ve seen lol. This show gives off Lapis Relights vibes. Not a whole lot happening, but seeing cute girls talk about their lives is good enough for me. That tsuda kenjirou scene at the end tho.. seems like there could be a darker story going on here too unless that was just a film they’re watching or something. The faces didn’t look like otsuka designs during that sequence. |

| Great episode! All characters are sugoku kawaii nano desu! (Nipah!) Especially Arsnotoria. Nice character design by Ootsuka and the game also looks good. 'Sniff, Sniff!' Pecatrix has high ambitions xD. They are all aiming to become true ladies. They are all scared of the lid since they thought it was a bug lol. Looking forward to the next episode! |

| i dont know man, they had the whole episode those girls drinking and eating which was super boring, then they had that death and destruction on the last minute, and i saw here on MAL the 'action' genre. i will give it 1 more episode and if not action i am dropping it |

The end of the episode is a cutaway to a foppish dandy burning a city to the ground and bloodily slaughtering some old man clutching a book. But the other eighteen damn minutes of the episode are a tea party. A single god forsaken tea party. Where their conversation went from reminding each other that they're students to shrieking about wanting to go to tourist attractions for fun. This episode didn't need to exist, period. The OP and the final thirty seconds were the only parts that weren't trite dog butt. |
| My brain keeps thinking I am watching some drug induced alternate version of Re:Zero becasue of the chararctet designs. lol The end escalated pretty quickly so I wonder for how long the CGDCT direction will be kept. |
| So it was 20 minutes of nothing happening yet I enjoyed every moment from it, pretty distinct characters but all of them just as cute and sweet, and then the last 3 minutes happened. |

| Well, damn. That sure was a total tonal shift at the end. Good thing for me tho... given I was nearly falling asleep due to how boring this first episode was. |
| The whole "violent murderfest" thing in the last couple minutes made me check to see that I was still watching the same show...it was jarring, to say the least. |
| The OP and that bit at the end definitely points towards a more darker story than what we may be led to believe. I noticed at the end that guy said "Johann Zwingl." It may be unrelated since they have different names, but it could possibly be a reference to Ulrich Zwingli of the Reformation in the 16th century. If there is in fact a connection, then that could place the inspiration of the story during the Reformation, so we may be looking at a story about religions of some sort. As I said, this may be a stretch, so don't take anything I say to heart. I do hope we get more information about the world or the story we are supposed to be following because I am kind of confused. |

| Is it bad that I enjoyed the teatime convo more than the exposition? I loved this debut. The sol was a lot of fun to watch, while visually you learn that there's something very wrong with the school and maybe even the outside world. |

| Not familiar with the game, but the premise is interesting to me. CGDCT vibes for 90% of the episode, and then that darkness in the end. Expected something due to the OP, didn't realize it'd be that bloody (not that I mind). I have a feeling we'll get a lot more where that came from, rather than fluffiness the entire time. |
| If the scene at the end was a ploy to make people want to watch the next episode, it sure worked for me. I'm rooting for the blonde guy on the horse. Honestly found the rest of the episode extremely boring, despite all the cute lolis. Only time will tell if this show will be worth watching or just a series of contrived nonsense. |

The tea party wasn't relaxing though. |

| Was happily giving this a pass until it went all dark and aggro. Peach head girl constantly smelling her hair nauseated me. She reminded me of this girl in elementary school that sucked hair and always smelled like spit. |
