Should I keep watching?

So I've just finished the first movie, I really liked the animation and the ost was beautiful as well but I didn't understand wtf was going on, will it make more sense if I kept watching or should I just drop it?

I've watched a few of them now and i suggest just watched the next 2. if you don't like it. drop it

The series is not in chronological order that's why it is confusing and yeah it will make more sense once you watch part 4 because chronologically part 2>part 4>part 3> part 1> then other parts.But watch it in release order.

The series is intentionally aired non-cronologically so that the audience can piece everything together once they have the bigger picture.
I suggest you keep an eye out for name drops and dates. I usually keep a notepad handy while watching anything that's supposed to be complicated.

Yea definitely try movie 2 as well and decide for yourself if you want to continue. First movie is confusing as timeline wise it happens later so as you watch other movies , 1st becomes clear as well

The way these movies are aired, has a screwed up timeline. I dont know if there is any deep meaning behind the order they are aired. Basically, this movie is the 5th movie chronologically.(Src:Wikipedia. Check the img below for detailed info on chronology of this series)
If you watch the next few movies you'll start to understand. But dont watch this movie in chronological order. watch it in the order its aired.

nope, trust me,if it didn't click with you then it's not worth it. I admit movies 5 and 7 are very good but the rest is hard to get through if you don't connect with it.

But this is just my opinion, give it another try and decide for yourself

The music and animation is good as expected of ufotable but the story wasn't all that intriguing.
Still forced myself to watch 7 movies

Well there are two watch orders. I did the release and sort of understood what was going on. I think when you watch them all you can somwhat understand the full plot

The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

Aboslutely yes. The series is more then PERFECT and the 8 movie is Just god less PERFECT Plot twist ending.

It doesn’t make sense at first the more you watch the better it gets IMO. If you enjoyed the first movie although it was confusing you won’t be disappointed.
