Not going to lie, Kasumi actually seems like an interesting character, at least plot wise. For a show with all this humor, the latest episode took on a more serious direction.

Pecorine also had to deal with some of her own inner demons. It's almost surreal that the episode felt so different than many of the others. Gotta give some credit to Yuuki and his bravery. Pecorine's counterattack was also awesome.

Kaiser released Pecorine by herself. That was unexpected. I really love the BGM from this episode, especially with the Kimi to Tsunagaru Monogatari.
Part of Yuuki's past was revealed. So that's why this series is called Re Dive

Welp, the Gourmet Guild without Pecorine, which the Princess Eustiana herself was teleported straight to Kaiser Insight head-on...I smell trouble coming...!

Kasumi and Yuuki saving her Shadow equivalent Kiiri...
this memory thing that's more just like the game itself, always provides sense of depth. It's game lore for PriConne players, which has always been fascinating to see since Season 1.

Karyl may be the first to experience Kaiser Insight's nonchalant rule, but the arrival of Pecorine is really when she goes all ham against her for taking away the things that matter to her from the top-down. If that's not enough, Yuuki's past slowly being revealed and haunting him, along with Kiiri's disappearance from the Shadows' dissonance and for the first time ever, Queen Labyrinth's introduction, this is what makes PriConne special: Yuuki's choices to renew life and start over again, bringing the Re:Dive part to relevance. With that, the golem and Shadows are finally eradicated for good with the choices chosen.

Peco Peko X Karyl Yuri bait FTW AHH AHH AHH

Weißflügel is up next, and kid Monika will rage the scene next week!

Although the anime is a side-story to the game, this is AS DARN CLOSE as it can get being in the same timeline as the game's story itself.

This episode will make you think otherwise about PriConne as a whole, and playing the mobage itself adds the tenacity to an already outstanding sequel. Am glad that I played the game to understand the PriConne universe better now.

Being Yuuki is suffering. Well atleast the memory wipe helps him forget the trauma of previous dives. But why is it necessary to wipe his memory? Is his mind too fragile to process everything? Any Priconne fans wanna shed some light?

Nah, man. The animation in the last two episodes of Priconne has had me legitimately shook. Legit goosebumps during that final Princess strike today. More impressive than the last two Mid Slayer eps. It’s time to start giving this show the respect it deserves. Should 100 percent be up there with the best animated shows of the year. Very under appreciated

Damn that was a great episode, pecorine was such a threat that all the shadows merged with the golem to stop her. And of course she gets hungry after defeating the golem. Kyaru tearing up and pecorine hugging her was nice to see

Also can anyone answer me I'm confused about one thing was Kiri the girl who was calling Yuuki as Senpai or was it the cat?

It's nothing to do with him specifically really. All characters have their memories wiped. It is just the way the reset works.

Most of the episode was Yuuki's backstory and development however Karyl and Pecorine steal the spotlight with just few scenes heck the last scene where the tear was flowing down from karyl's eyes was so powerful and well animated that it bought tear in my eyes.
The scene where the shadows start to gather around the arm of the golem was done great with usage of low angle to show the mass and the overall scale of it.
Tbh wasn't really feeling most of the episode however 2nd half and yuukis backstory with the execution at the ending was done beautifully

Mannn have the last two episodes been a wild ride, though I am kinda confused as to why they chose to put this near the middle and not the end, since I have a feeling it’ll go back to standard slice of life next episode. Really odd pacing

I wonder when will be the Karyl revelation to Pecorine, this episode would had been a good moment, maybe. Great episode anyways.

Thank you Kaiser, for dropping Pecorine so high in the air, making that Princess Strike remember that gorgeous Quetzalcoatl's Ultimo Tope Patada in FGO anime.

While last week's episode will undoubtedly earn more of the plaudits for its amazing animation, this was probably my favourite episode of both seasons of Priconne so far. From the massive developments on the lore front at last to the outstanding character development work across the board (especially Yuki, my goodness has he come far since his early coin-eating days in season 1) and even that short but excellent final showdown between Pecorine and the golem.

This season is really going places and I am loving it.

Another great episode. It really felt like this was a great story arc for the show, instead of the more episodic stories before. Now if only my government wasn't so dumb in banning the game for me, I would have played it to have a better understanding of everything.

Was sad to see Kiiri disappear. She was a genuinely fun character.

We knew that Yuuki was "re-diving" into this world, but now we got the reason why he is and who is behind it all. Here I thought it was just Ames guiding him. His previous attempt of this world definitely saw him killed, trying to protect Pecorine and the rest.

Let's hope that these last two episodes is a good setup for what's to come!!

This has been one of the most epic Princess Strike I've seen in Princess Connect history, & I'm really proud of what Pecorine has done. It really shows how incredibly strong she has been, and I would have to say that she's the true main character in the show, though Yuuki has also been getting more character development as always. I feel bad for the other Kiiri though. She's really sweet, and I would feel the same way the real Kiiri has felt. This episode is great!

But then everyone is normal but Yuuki becomes a toddler, why's that?

Because everyone goes back to the starting point, and how they were then. Unlike other characters, Yuuki already didn't have any memories at the beginning. All of Yuuki's memories are post-starting point, so he basically goes back to zero.

I already loved Peco before, but after this episode, so much more. M.A.O has done such a great job with bringing life, energy, and determination to this character.

But was anyone expecting a different resolution to Peco's situation of being teleported away? I was expecting something more dramatic than what happened with Kaiser sending her back.

Great to get more story and lore content though. And finally a glimpse of Twinkle Wish in an actual episode!

No lies, for a show that's usually so much about the humor, this episode actually kinda got me in the feels at one point, especially with Yuuki's segment. I think it helps to know that even a usually happy-go-lucky game adaptation like this does when to be serious or even emotional. It's kinda impressive, ngl, especially since this is a show I never had humongous expectations to begin with.

Pretty big diversion from the usual comedic story that follows our characters.

Pecorino faces what seems to be a god that has taken her throne and Kiiri disapeers :(.

The ending was so sweet, both animation and story-wise, with a beautiful princess strike combo and Kyaru, knowing the truth behind Pecorine's teleportation, crying.

If this event doesn't make Karyl switch sides officially, I don't know what will. I mean, I love her character and all but come on. She's gonna get everyone killed at this point.

That said, it was another great episode. We got more info about the lore as well as Yuuki's first dive into this world and damn was it rough. Maybe him not remembering his previous life is actually a good thing, all things considered.

The thing about Karyl is that it's hard to renounce your loyalties, even if said person you are loyal to is an abusive witch. Even if Karyl starts to realize Mana's evil, Mana will ensure that act will have consequences....fatal.

I'm glad they are allowing Yuuki to grow now this season. He was really just a side character last season despite being the protagonist.

That opening 2 minutes was pretty heart wrenching
. It hurts me more as someone who really loves Yuuki and Pecorine's relationship in the game

This is by far the best adaption any gacha game has recieved by far in my opinion. Hoping we'll see the original Princess Connect adaption someday. So far it only shows that Yuuki has been looping in time, starring from zero (and this is what we can starting from Zero Subaru-sono). With the little information we have, it could be an iseksi, fantasy OR MMORPG. But I love the execution so far. Loss for people who dropped it after first season because it's such a beautiful gem.

This is my favorite anime this season, and that's how you adapt a gacha story. Take note Shaft, and deliver an awesome Final Season for Magia Record.

Feels odd to hear the same bgm used for telling Pecorine's backstory last season, used for something else here. Maybe it's partly my fault for listening to it and linking too strongly to one scene in the last episode from last season (and even the game doesn't use this track to much effect), but I'm pretty sure it actually matched that scene more than this one.
There's one battle in the game which plays a few notes of Lost Princess when it appears that Pecorine might be gaining an advantage, but fades it out quickly to reveal that she has not.

Interesting how this episode teases you that Yuuki might succeed in protecting Kiiri, only to take her away despite his best effort.
