| I am so happy to see my favourite characters again on screen. The art style is so damn pretty...especially the op, ed visuals. I am a bit disappointed about the songs though. I was so in love with the previous op/ed s. Yi city arc started. Can't wait to see more of Xiao Xingchen's frost flower sword in the coming eps. |

| Wooo the third and final season's finally here! Wei Ying using chenqing is always so riveting to watch. Excited for the upcoming episodes; Yi City is probably my second favorite arc. The pacing seems pretty quick already though, anyone know how many episodes this season is going to have? |

| Yi City arc is here and I'm ready to get hurt again I love how Lan Zhan comforted Wei Wuxian by caressing his hand when he was scared of the dogs T_T The OP is really good and has romantic undertones which is great. The animation and the voice acting are amazing as per usual. I am not sure how tf they will be able to fit everything that remains in 12 eps but.... okay. That's a really weird and concerning choice but who knows. I just want the pacing to be better than s2, they cut so much stuff (like Jiang Yanli and Jin Zixuan's backstory) and it just lacked the emotional punch of the novel. But with the number of episodes, it's highly unlikely that they won't cut a shit ton of things. At least, as far as I can remember Yi City is one of the earlier arcs. Man I'm just glad to see Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian traveling together again, I haven't read the novel in a long time and it's been quite a long time since the donghua's previous season was airing too. I missed them <3 |

| This is the last season? Oh no!! I hope this is long!! Xue Lan is here! I remember him from the drama, so I can't wait to see him here too. The donghua and drama are both so different. While I prefer the drama more because of better story telling and more characters, I do like this version as well for the excitement and beauty. |

| The animation looks more beautiful now, it seems to have improved a lot more than the previous seasons. The OP and ED are beautiful. Lan Zhan has started smiling a lot now.  This was so touching when he smiled looking at Wei Ying. |
| I had to start another anime to keep myself from watching a crappy version of episode 1-2 I found online. The waiting paid off. Donghua team srsly killed it again. I am in love with the animation and art. LWJ is smiling soooo much! I can literally feel it from the screen how much he's happy that WWX is back. Donghua team really pushed a soft and fluffy Wangxian a lot. I love it! I honestly have no idea which part was my favourite, perhaps the whole episode? I love seeing JGY, especially how cute he was in the flashback. XXC's eyes look so beautiful *cries*. I know I will be broken by the time this wonderful and painful arc is finished. I already see some changes but nothing bad, some of it is very interesting. Particularly how NMJ is very much aware of JGS's shite. I'll keep this noted NMJ... |
| I definitely preferred the previous OP. I think there was just too much exposition on the whole overcomplicated Xue Yang affair, in contrast with the previous seasons which used 'show' rather than 'tell'. |
