I found the sub to better than the dub but they both weren't bad.

Personally I really enjoyed the dub and it's a great story. Interesting setting, lots of plot twists, good characters and character development, and it even has a great ending (imo) that both concludes the series but also leaves it open for more in the perfect way. I think you'll enjoy this one :)

and @Jkenker

It's an alrigth show, a little short to explore all the concepts it wants to but overall if you like a bit of survival in space then you should have fun with it dub or sub.

If I migth, I'd suggest to anyone who likes Astra, to watch Infinite Ryvoius. It's esseientally the original and by the best 'lord of the flies in space' anime and it's extra running time and brillaint atmostphere, score and directing, all make it a really great show that everyone forgets when talking about Astra😅👍

It doesn't matter whether you watch it subbed or dubbed, it's up to your preferences. It's still a great show

I liked the dub since I wanted to see the planets exploration and still understand what’s goin on.

I have only watched a few episodes of Kanata no Astra, but I can say that, while I didn't watch the dub, I have zero problem with the sub. But, before you start watching, I think it's important to keep in mind that this show is more fi than sci. To best enjoy Kanata no Astra, it's best if you disregard any actual physics that you know, as, based on what I have seen, the science is not accurately portrayed in this anime.

Yes please do.... I think it was amazing and I just finished it watching yesterday.... The dubbed is good.... I usually watch the dubbed version of all animes. After picking so many bad ones.... I finally found this one.... It's amazing.

And thus, my point. I don't think there's anything wrong with enjoying the series. What I was saying is that getting too caught up in the accuracy of the science will only hinder the experience, so it's not worth thinking about any actual physics or anything while watching.
