| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Kiyo's making dinner, and everyone wants different stuff. Sumire sure likes to crave for Karaage/fried chicken though, but her hunger says otherwise and breaking tradition for a Maiko is a total no-no. But she got her wish from Kiyo cooking exactly that for her when all is said and done. What a long day to finally eat some favourite food. Almost the official Maiko debut for Sumire, and apprentice Kiyo is doing what she can to help smoothen the process. Alas, Maiko don't carry phones, so it's hard to trace them when things go wrong (at the slightest). But it's great to have a close friend worry that much since tradition and modern life don't clash well. Finally, the day of the Maiko debut for Sumire, and it's a BIG occasion. Literally all sides are all on full force, and no rest. But red bean dumplings remind them of home, and the eloquence of being a Maiko is just the beginning. |
