Feels like Nemo is being too reckless with his own strength especially against a monster of that size.

Honestly, Nemo needs to get his shit together if he doesn't want to run into more problems in the future.

Everything is new to Nemo, and so said the Seven Knights, especially Faria with a cooking repertoire of only 1: croquettes.

Back to the same mediocre action of monster names I don't really wanna know what they're called (Physis) and the same old generic setting, and both Nemo and Jou performed admirably.

Problem now is Gildan and the manifestation of his out-of-control magic power into destruction of expectations vs. reality, and the righteous Nemo to get him out of his misery.

Also, this may be too late, but since Nemo sounded like MHA's Izuku, guess all heroes are self-righteous in one way or another.

I almost give up watching in the first episode as there are so many death, but since episode 2 and 3 have zero death, it seems right I make a right decision sticking into it. Now I hope it continue zero casualties trend til the end.

Pretty action packed episode, it was nice to see other Seven knights' hero forms and their capabilities. They were all pretty cool and powerful. The second half focusing Gildan was also nice.

Faria x Nemo moment at the end was sweet.

Seven Knights delivers yet another fine episode! I'm really enjoying this show so far, especially how the characters are handled. Nemo is very relatable as a character and has a good relationship with the other Knights. This was a good episode and I can't wait to see what happens next.

What sinister episode was very focused on Gildan, that was practically incredible.

I have a knack for this kind of animes where action, slice of life and a bit of cute romance is present. Also Nemo's hero(called genius on google) is mysterious so I think that we may get something good afterall

I really wish this had a bit more ambition. It probably still would only be a middling show at best because the production strength isn't totally there, but it's still not embarrassing itself with things like bad speedlines or stills in the way that other action shows this season have already been repeatedly resorting to. A little more effort into the storyline and fleshing out the characters would give more excuse to concentrate the budget into the dramatic scenes for a minute or two that looks really awesome, rather than a longer three to four minute montage of the various dudes and dudettes swatting monsters. Again, not cheaply, but not impressive either.

But so far, the characters and story remain at about Saturday morning cartoon level. This week we had Prince Cat-boy, who after having kind of sucked at a random monster killing mission, turned into a monster due to his self-esteem issues, and had to be friendship-yelled at until he conquered his inner demons. It's not like anybody was gruesomely splattered in front of his face due to his failure or the like. Just sort of "Oh no, I don't believe in myself anymore." Then a dream flashback saying "He's under a lot of pressure." Then people yelling about believing in yourself. I'm not asking for King Leer here. We can aim a little bit higher than this, on both the character and overall story fronts. As least the stick-in-the-mud protagonist gave it a rest this week.

Pretty solid episode focusing on Gildan. Daiki Yamashita is perfect for these kinds of heroic characters and speaking of VA's, that's definitely Keyaru's VA voicing Gildan lmao. That post credits scene was pretty cute.

Come on show, don't just out of nowhere say that Gildan is a prince, lol. So even the heroes can fall pray to the Physis through possession. If that's the case, I wonder if Nemo at some point will be consumed by it. It might just be me, but I feel big boobs woman Sophitia is hella suspicious. Would be funny if she was a villain all along tbh.

The episode this week wasn't so bad, pretty average across the board. We saw more action sequences and learnt a little bit more about the power of the Physis, along with the fact that they may have an objective. The action still feels a bit sloppy.

Seven Knights dispatched, like a boss. I wonder whats goin on with that hourglass?

After the jock one, its the little beastboy one that got a dedicated episode. Surely he got such a very surprising backstory, in his own way. Well, its not too bad honestly, so you don't need to push yourself too hard. Because you are not MC, Gildan. As a result, look at that! Good thing your script still needed in the future. If not well, idk what shall i say in your very little time.

Ellen little screen time, as always keep attracting me, especially when i realized her role kinda important: a healer, man! I wonder when her time to shine, ffs, i can't wait. Otherwise, its still alright with the clicheness, including the end. I mean, ugh, okay! You did a great job keep an eye on him!

That's all.

I don't know how everyone else managed to like these 3 episodes, but I just can't.

Everything just feels so uncreative, from the battle high school setting to the mysterious power source to the emotionally dead protagonist. Everything this show does I feel like I've seen before - and done far better

But the biggest crime of the show is that it lacks energy. They seem to have a knack for choosing the most boring possible shots for every scene. Even the action scenes can get let down this way.

I always complain about protagonists who scream all the time and act like they've just taken a double dose of ketamine, however they grant the anime some energy, they make you feel urgency. Whereas this shit makes me feel nothing. It's like a series of events unfolding with some small connection between them.

That's weird, there's plenty of airing series that have under 4 episodes out and they all have reviews

wait... at the beginning... did they just say Physis was struck down. And basing on previous episode "power of Physis" basically means Physis was the "Boss"...

So pretty much all they're fighting against are "leftovers" that the "real heroes" already finished... lol

On other note, this Sophitia booba keeps on going up face close to everyone "unintentionally?" seducing everyone.

And comes the new MC dude with the "we can save everyone" speech like all other hero series MCs. "uses power of friendship" (always works)

Meanwhile we also got the "oops clumsy me, girl falling on top of dude while doing random morning sweat wiping out of no where" romance plot.

Nemo needs a better character development but the story is great and it deserves 7+ rating like how the anime is going for now....if Nemo gets good character development, i hope it will receive 8+ rating in the future....the opening is one of my favourites too....lets just hope for the better for now

So far it has potential with the descendants of the heroes, but the "friendship power" and the "bad habits"/ "overdoing things" will always in the end resolve in a happy way, is something that bothers me.

No stakes, no tension. If the other knights are having a problem with a monster they otherwise could normally down in seconds, send in Nemo. I don't mind a show where our heroes are basically the top tier of monster-killing machines, but Sweet Christmas! We're shown that Physis are born through a corruption in the first episode, and essentially overtake the host! Have some internal consistency, or don't bother presenting a dilemna with only one obvious outcome!

Also, Gildan is a prince and the world worships the ground he walks on because he has a power that only 1-in-7 babies in a generation are blessed with. Wouldn't there be some people in that hero-worshipping crowd of people who said "yeah, that brat got a power that basically proves he's better than us. What a waste!"?

"You've faced many life-and-death situations. But that does not make you an adult. Finding more fallen-out hairs on your pillow, watching your favorite stuffed-bread disappear from the convenience store... the accumulation of those little despairs is what makes a person an adult."-Nanami Kento

"When a piece of media is bad, it's much easier to nitpick the less significant things because they're seen as a part of the problem. Alternatively, it becomes more difficult to nitpick something like a masterpiece because even the flaws are seen as contributing to the overall quality of the media." -Paraphrasing Mauler

Just started watching this, figured I could give it a try. From 4:55 to 5:11, where is he looking? There is no denying it. Big Boobs Sophia even has to lean down to make eye contact.

Lot of pressure Gildan is feeling there turning him into a possessed hero, good thing Nemo still saw a way to save him otherwise he most likely would've been killed by the other heroes.
