| Wow! The Battle between Whitebeard and Roger looks Amazing! Kansari was so awesome!! But before all this... The story behind Kurozumi Orochi was so Interesting! Who the hell that Old hag got the Mane-Mane no Mi from?! Is that mean she died afterwards and then Bon Clay got that from her?! So many questions... Anyway, one of a heck of a Keikaku they had there, and I am so thrilled to the next Episode! |
| 10/10 episode for me. Orochi's flashback with the former user of the mane-mane fruit (Bon clay's devil fruit) was really great and that clash at the end with whitebeard, oden and roger was really hype and as expected, the animation was amazing. The soundtracks during the Orochi part of the episode were really nice too |

| The long-awaited clash between Roger and Whitebeard is here! Well well well, I've seen many people in various forum posts section expecting that the clash would be underwhelming and not impactful in addition to being overly stretched out. Well... They were all wrong, those fools. Toei doesn't have the cleanest record but they sure as hell delivered in key scenes such as this. It was undoubtedly epic, my fellow manga readers would not be disappointed, that class was pure thrill and badassery. We also got to see the previous user of Bonclay's devil fruit, she and Orochi managed to manipulate the country in order to wrongfully get into power, something which caused the Wano population to suffer for over 2 decades in various ways. |

| This is episode 965 and we see Gold Roger use a named fighting technique for the first time. I wanted to see Roger using a GOMU technique against White Beard so bad! But it didn't happen. I didn't expect Oda to reveal it this early in the first place though. Sad. |

| Suprising to see in the flashback that the random old lady is the former user of Bon Clay's devil fruit power. Even though the fight scene was short, its pretty epic to see Whitebeard vs Roger there. I can't wait for next episode. |

| The power scalers just went off when this was shown in the manga. This really depicts just how monsterous Gol D. roger really is. He literally one shotted ODEN, a legendary samurai that was able to permantly scar Kaido one of the 4 yonko. If you can put that into perspective, you can see ROGER was just incomparable as a pirate in those days. This makes you realize just how strong ROCKS would have been given the fact that it took all of rogers crew and Garp to team up to take them down. This was also years ago, you can only imagine if one of these characters were to resurface some how in the present time line, they would be have no equal. |

| Highlight of the episode: Clash of conqueror's haki. LIT AF. The animation swept me off my feet. That moment when Roger's eyes twinkle red and his haki activates. OMFG. If I remember correctly there was a scene way back where we see White beard and Roger clinking sake glasses. I think this is the place where they did it. Man if that is the case then, my mind is fricckn blown! What connections! I can't get enough of this F! Show me the next episode already! I skipped the preview and I think it is one of the best decisions I have made so far XD. PS: Orochi should bleed and suffer. Death isn't enough for his blasphemous treachery. I was confused why the Shogun was coughing absurdly and thought it was meant to be as funny. Turns out it was that bi"ch witch. Stupid should-be-dead sh"theads. |
| Looks like Kurozumi, including Orochi, has always been a bunch of scumbags that wanted to overthrow the Kozuki-clan, which had the power. That old hag is also probably from the Kurozumi-clan. Otherwise, it would be strange that she was so dedicated in making a Kurozumi member a shogun. With that said, he had made this plan long before Kaido came to the island or before Oden came back. Either way, I bet they poisoned Sukiyaki (Oden's father) and that old hag shapeshifted herself into the shogun. It's funny how she has the same power as Bon-chan. Amazing enough, they are so different in personality, but still have the same fruit. Similar to how one of the dudes in Blackbeard got the invisible fruit from the lion dude from Thriller Bark, though their personality was so different. I wonder if Oda-san has a thing for that. Anyways, that clash between Whitebeard and Roger was epic. About time we saw Roger in action. We have almost not seen anything of him. Up to now, both his and Shanks's power has been unknown to us. I look forward to seeing more of them. |

I am surprised no one actually mentioned this and was also concerned the studio would not catch this subtle hint thrown in here by oda. So could it be that the evil witch who inistigated the Kozuki rebellion and to throw the wano kingdom in utter chaos could be a member of the ROX or perhaps some one who knew ROX? Very interesting. Also whats more interesting is that this plan was set in place long before Kaido even shown up at Wano. Could this be an even deeper orchestrated plot, only time will tell. |

| ugh this episode, i loved the second half with roger and shirohige but the orochi part was just sooooooo boring to me, even so a good 4/5 for me, the animation and art in the roger vs shirohige scene was just amazing |

| Toei really outdid themselves again. All the hype was worth it just to see Roger and Whitebeard in action. And Orochi's flashback was very interesting piece of content to look at since I kinda forgot about it in the manga. Looks like we got a break next week that animators in Toei truly deserve for episode like this |
| Another crazy episode. Interesting to see Orochis past but at the time I now hate him even more. His family really is one the worst I've seen so far in One Piece. Even if it didn't got mentioned I'm pretty sure that old lady with the Mane Mane no Mi of Bon Clay was also a member of the Kurozumi clan. Otherwise there wouldn't be so much hate towards Sukiyaki. Even with the fact that she failed in the past, her plan this time was flawless. Without her help, Orochi would have neither received his devil fruit nor had a plan to take Sukiyakis place. The only thing I noticed was that weird sounding coughing of Sukiyaki + that comment "The man who Oden cared for as if he was his little brother. But even with that never had I guessed Sukiyaki was another person the whole time. Also what's up with that old lady knowing Shiki? You can't tell me they showed us his face for no reason. If my assumption is right I now understand the connection with Kaido, so I'm curious if it really plays out like that. The ending was absolute over the top. Seeing all those top pirates from the past and especially the first time Roger fighting. My god it's scary how strong this guy was. What even was this Divine Departure attack? It looked like he fired Haki at Oden which sent him flying. I still can't even describe how badass that clash between Roger and Whitebeard was. I completely freaked out. The atmosphere and mood shifted so much when they finally saw each other. The OST was perfect and the animation fantastic for this moment we all have waited for. Thanks Toei <3 PS: Even tho a lot of people have a different opinion about it I personally like the new voice of Roger tbh. It suits him better as I thought. |

| This was one of the best episodes of one piece I've seen. Next week break cuz Fuji TV where one piece airs is doing a women marathon event next week |
