| Holy shit, this was a deep episode. VAs are literally killing damn. >I want to be just like big sister when she grows up (or smth like that) Very deep Kaya, Gabi really needs to get her head around the truth lol. Ngl, the eating scene with Gabi was p cringe too, because of how Gabi reacted lol. Also anyone know the ost used in that abandoned house? |
| Great episode. Gabi's voice actor is amazing. Horse scene was even funnier than it was in the manga. Time for next episode! |

| It's time for us the audience to return to Gabi's and Falco's perspective. This ep bridges these past few eps which are mostly about the events that happened a couple of years ago to the events occurring at this very moment. Staring from Gabi and Falco busting out of jail. They may be kids but they're still elite trained soldier with enough skills and strength to escape on their own, no mere prison guard can simply prevent them from leaving. They finally managed to find a helping hand whom Falco gladly took in contrast to Gabi who are disgusted even by the friendly gestures these Paradis Devils done for her. Guess who took them both in? It's none other than the parents whose daughter was killed by Gabi. It goes without saying that she's willing to kill the girl who was saved by Sasha 4 years ago just because she knew these 2 came from Marley, oh the always obedient little darling of Marley is nothing more than a brainwashed puppet, served by the first class of propaganda since before she was even born. It's time for her to open her eyes, both her and Falco. Witness and listen to the events that you so desperately justify as being a complete nightmare when seen from another's perspective. An unjust reality that has befallen the innocents who have nothing to do with the sins of their ancestors. As always, a wonderful ep, the comedic scene in the stable was actually funnier than expected! LMAO, that had me bawling for a bit! |

| wow the close up drawings are so good especially the shadings nice work by the AD staff this episode Gabi and Falco escaped prison so easily though but now they are living with Sashas family |
| Haha, the horse and Gabi scene was gold. Seeing her work rather than fight on the battleield is quite amusing. Not going to lie, I'm not a fan of Gabi but she brought in a lot of personality into this episode and it's interesting to see their side of the story. |

| Don’t have any nitpicks tbh. They adapted what they had to accurately, and next week should be a banger. They also included a post credit scene from Marley’s side. The voice actors went above and beyond in this episode. We also got a glimpse of the King of all kings  And they adapted the Gabi horse scene, based MAPPA. Edit: Sourire said: My only complaint after rewatching was Omine’s directional decision to cut important dialogue in Hange’s and Floch’s conversation after Floch refers once again to the New Eldian Empire. Hange “You mean the nation of Eldia. And this victory of ours has given every army in the world the most pressing reason possible to combine their forces to attack our tiny little island. Does that not endanger our right to live?” Flochad “It does if we can’t shake the earth. We never could have survived without power in the first place. Not on this tiny island.” Flochad deserves all his lines to be adapted |

| Damn, what an intense conversation that was b/w Kaya, Gabi & Falco. Gabi's reasoning for hatred literally run out of steam xD but Kaya's insistence and that glare towards was on point. Falco took it really nicely though, clearly the better candidate for the titan position now one'd imagine. Lol, that random horse scene though. I was sure MAPPA would skip it or at least shorten it. Reiner wants a war immediately, looks like he really wants to use up his luck. Zeke's betrayal finally comes to light as well, what an aggravating situation it must be for the remaining Marley personnel. Meanwhile, Floch and the citizens are unimpressed with the brass. You've to feel that something's going to give right now. Also, did anyone else's screen freeze up too? Had to go to new tab and return back so I missed out the final few seconds before the ED, darn it. |

| Omine did a real good job directing this one. that end credit scene though is amazingly done. they really 1 upped the kaya and gabi scene. It was so intense. Sakura ayane is a damn good seiyuu. bow down to flochad. |

| Gabi and Falco are trained soldiers, ones that were gonna get chosen for the titans. So ofc they are capable of escaping the prison on their own. Thou now they are living with Sasha's parent, the irony man. |

| This is probably my favorite episode after the Liberio battle. It also looked the best IMO. VAs killing it again. They adapted what was left of 107 and 108 and the whole 109 and they adapted it exactly how I envisioned it, scene by scene! They cut nothing too. Now excuse me as I go back to revel in shirtless Reiner. |

| Gabi's getting portrayed far better in the anime than she ever did in the manga. I was really apathetic towards her character before, but her VA is absolutely killing it this season. MAPPA have done her character good. Now that's she's found herself in with Sasha's family without even knowing who each of them are, you can see where they are going with her character arc here. You just know that shit is going to down once Sasha's family discovers who she is really is. It's nice to see that the few lighter moments that there are in this series getting their time to shine as well. The Loiuse/Mikasa is also quite an interesting 'relationship' at this point which could develop as well as the season progresses. The animation looked like an upgrade on last week as well and some of the OST was great, especially when they were chatting at the location where Kaya was saved by Sasha. The pacing is actually really good this season aside from a huge chunk of Reiner's flashback in Episode 3 that they skimped out on covering. |

| I do wonder why the ep name is from ch110 when nothing from it was adapted. Same with the next ep with the name of ch109 even if it was fully adapted in this one. |

| This episode's pacing was flawless, and they even adapted the few things they skipped previously all in one go for a full Gabi-centered tale much like I was expecting. 5/5, that's some of the better episode scripts we've got this season, tight and emotionally charged stuff. | Great episode with great direction. MAPPA is an amazing studio for pulling this off with that schedule. |
