| I was hoping for that same staff that worked on KimiUso to work on this project, but that was just wishful thinking on my part. They should have at least hired Kyohei Ishiguro to direct it though. Not really a fan of Seiki Takuno as a director... Anyhow, looking forward to seeing how they handle it, especially the soccer matches. Love the sense of dynamism and realism the author uses to portray them (zero power-ups/special moves nonsense). Honestly, I really don’t think this is going to be an easy manga to animate because of that. |
