I've just finished reading this series just about a minute ago so this reply is really late

There's only few series that i know of that has similarities to yuko and teishi first come to mind is my favorite couple in Utsuro-no-Hako-to-Zero-no-Maria(it's a lightnovel though and there's no manga or anime adaptation)

Second is monogatari series though there are only a tad bit of similarities

So if your fine reading a lightnovel definitely would recommend the first one if you still haven't fill in the hole you tryna fill

Mysterious Girlfriend X and High Score Girl are very similar to Dusk Maiden. Hope that helps, guy from 2020.

Sankarea is really similar, the girl in this manga is a zombie and the guy is trying to unveil secrets and shit to keep the girl from rotting away
Sadly there isn't that much romance compared to Dusk Maiden, but there's some and it's good too
There's an anime adaptation, but it didn't adapt all of the manga

Something like Tasogare. Well, then I recommend Natsu no Arashi!
This series definitely deserves more recognition.
