Yup, wasn't expecting this at all! Super excited for more of this, I totally gave up hope thinking Season 2 would be the last animated content.

YES - Now all we need is the date it'll screen......

Hopefully there will be a couple of OVA's to fill in bits they skipped (like the full dream sequence).

Oh, even the anime adaption is? I know that the original source material is very successful but I didn't know it was likewise for the anime adaption.

I'll take more of this series any day.

I truly hope we'll get more than a 12-episodes season 3. If they end the serie after 12 more episodes (which would be the end of the second arc in the LN), I imagine a lot of people are going to be mad at how the story ends...

That's some good news! I'm happy for this, and excited to continue watching Myne and Lutz, I hope this comes out by winter of 2021.

Granted, I've already read about two volumes ahead, so there isn't going to be that much new stuff for me. Then again, that didn't stop me from watching the earlier seasons in full as well. I'm looking forward to being able to discuss the story with others. It's hard to talk about untranslated chapters to anyone...

Hell yes, I hoped for a coverage of the full first 2 arcs and with that one we'll at least reach that so that's cool.
Seeing arc 3 being adapted would be cool but that would require at least 26-30 episodes on top of the 12 of a third season (so 3 more cours at bare minimum) so I don't think we'll ever get that.

...Then again I didn't think we'll ever get to 3 seasons either so that's that.

Yippee! It's always exciting to here the news that one of your favorite series is getting another season. Say what you will about Ajia-Do, at least they keep the content coming!!!

If it were me, I'd include a tiny bit of the third arc, like they did with the prologue of the 3rd volume in this season. That would end the season on a 'new beginning' note. A good point could be

I think no matter where the ending is, there are always a cliffhanger though. They will just add `The story continue`

that and the fact that they don't have to wait for more of light novel to be released.

if they wanted to they could easily do 4 or 5 more seasons worth of content with 22 volume worth of material to cover. plus the series is very popular in japan.

would not surprise me to see a season 4 or 5 in the future.
