After season 2 is there another arc in the manga or was that it?

Don't know whether Hi Score Girl's creator has any intention to make an actual sequel to the story, since he's now making a spin off manga supposedly solely about Hidaka.

They really hyped it up too with all the game characters egging him on and helping him drive his ass off to the airport. I was content with how things played out

What I'm more disappointed with is that Oono never talked. I was hoping for at least a word of affirmation at the end but it didn't happen. I wonder why the author didn't do that, it would've meant a lot
