The didn't cover the manga, but better than what I expected.

Aw that's nice that the two people with post-cognition abilities meet again after all those years.

Seishirou comes to Subaru's rescue again. :P

This OVA definitely leaves some majors loose ends untied, especially with the whole bet between Seishirou and Subaru. Obviously just getting viewers to read the manga, which actually has a conclusion. I already read the manga before this, and I honestly appreciate the OVA more than I think I would have if I had watched it first.

A lot seemed to happen in these forty-five minutes but I have to say it adds up to almost nothing.

I just wanted to say I saw this episode nearly 2 decades ago, and have been searching for it ever since. Then I did it! With the help of a facebook group dedicated to 70s 80s 90s anime, I'm so satisfied I rated everything max ✈️

Unironically better than the previous episode, but the pacing, the half-baked plotline, screenwriting and character depth is still persistent.

These episodes are like someone read the plot summary on MAL and decided to make some sort of crime thriller out of it, when the manga is much more deep and flushed-out, humanizing the antagonists and putting the reader into a moral dilemma.

This manga deserves a better adaptation, a more flushed out 13-episode anime which follows the manga canonically, has good Tokyo aesthetics and jazz/city pop, and an animation style which befits Clamp-shoujo style better.

Slower than the fist episode, but I really like the visuals.

Subaru once again saved by the gay vet.

Wish we got a full series out of this. Sad to see what happened to Tokyo Babylon 2021.

The beginning of this second one was AMAZING! Really atmospheric and spooky and tense, with cool colors and musick and everything! Then it gets bogged down with a strange love story that is only fulfilled at the very end (with nothing in between), two wildly age-different relationships that were destined, a hunt for a psychopathic killer with really no motive behind his killings, and some cool character designs and backgrounds.

Seishirou is basically a deus ex machine. Subaru is a sad boy who just sort of goes about as things happen around him. And Hokuto wears some of the craziest clothes I have ever seen while somebody is just sitting at home.

Really disappointed by Tokyo Babylon overall.
