 The official website for Kengan Ashura anime has revealed a new key visual and announced additional cast members. The anime will be available worldwide via Netflix on 2019.Cast Rihito (Ichirou Nakata): Hayato Kaneko (Hatsukoi Monster) Jun Sekibayashi: Tetsu Inada (Kobato.) Cosmo Imai: Junya Enoki (Tsukumogami Kashimasu) Setsuna Kiryuu: Daisuke Namikawa (Yume Oukoku to Nemureru 100-nin no Ouji-sama: Short Stories) A pre-screening event of the anime will be held at Toho Cinemas Roppongi Hills on January 27, 2019. At least it gives Studios a bit more reign to do certain projects and they wouldn't be all falling ass backwards trying to go for Netflix deals if other services were just all the same. |

Currently it just slowly killing off OPs and EDs, but eventually if it actually does take over anime expect it to be Westernized to death, then you have the simulcast being in danger of dying as well, Netflix is not the future. |

There is no fucking way. The Japanese are still living in an era with television as a main source of entertainment, Netflix isn't killing the game in Japan. And Westernization factor? Obviously not. There is plenty of stuff on Netflix that exists without it and creators could use being influenced by outside Eastern culture, I don't see how it determinants the work whatsoever. Also really? Death of OP/ED is a huge concern here. Wow. |

Meanwhile Netflix anime tends to have strong production because they aren't rushing the creators. If anything Crunchyroll is ruining how anime is made and because of its popularity they fund more and more series and spreading the talent in japan thinnly. |
| Oh please be good. I love the manga most dearly so I really hope they can nail the awesome art and fights. Plus the manga might be localized & if it does I swear I will buy every volume the second they come out, even twice over if I have too. |
