| Quite interesting animation for it being created in 1924! Pretty nice actually. |

A faithful adaptation of "the rabbit and the turtle", a french fable from Jean De Lafontaine. Moral: never underestimate the weakest opponent. 5/10 |
| The art was nice and relaxing, but I think in the end it didn't get things right and completely missed the point of the fable. |

| This is certainly the weakest of the older anime i'm watching today, both story-wise and graphically, but still pretty interesting |

| A nice rendition of the Tortoise and the Hare aesop. The ridiculous dancing and singing had its own charm to it. |

| While, as a fan of bnuuy, I am saddened to see the rabbit cry at the end, thinking about it it's pretty funny that regardless of culture and time, rabbits are consistently portrayed as assholes. Wonky animation that you can't blame due to its age, but surprisingly good music. Also, the boy can DANCE!!! 🐢🐢🐢 |
