| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The first two-episode-arc of xxxHOLIC! This episode was a lot more slow paced than the rest, and the end left me a little confused. I'll have to watch 15 later tonight and see what Yuuko means by "waves". New ED is alright song-wise, video-wise it is quite funny. |

| I'm not used to the art yet but that doesn't matter,I think I'll give the anime at least a 9 for now. I love it how they leave us at a cliffhanger :o The new ending was cool! ^.^ |

| I like the ed video just not as much as the first one, good episode, leaves questions and a good cliffhanger. The younger sister is quite inconsiderate. |

It was published in 1996, ran for two chapters and was never completed. Oh what a epi.... the first one of a pair, finally we got two episodes for an arc of the manga... I dont actually remember too well that arc but man that poor older twin sister sure has her issues... She pretty much blocks out herself and makes herself less than her younger sis.... Dunno why but bothof them are beautiful, yet the older one is not confident of herself... if it werent for the chains in which she binds herself then she would be pretty much like her sister... yet... Oh well.. I wonder what'll happen next time... Lol the scene in which Himawari asks Watanuki his plans and suddenly Doumeki walks into the scene and pretty much tells her that Watanuki made up the plan to go out eith the twins... and not just a pair of high school girls but college girls, well that one was funny XD... The new ending is awesome... Well it's a song (Kagerou) by BUCK-TICK, a really good j-rock band... it's one of the veterans, and better than the lastly created ones IMO The animation was great as well... I prefer seeing Maru and Moro Air-guitaring than Mokona sleeping and dancing like a desperate freak hahahaha Signs, Green |

But the episode as a whole was great, I thought, even if it may have seemed "slow" at some parts. As for the art... I don't like it, but I like the anime and its story and characters enough to overlook it - at least for the time being. XD I just can't help but think it doesn't do the original art justice... |

| That was a pretty good episode, but I'm kind of disappointed in Watanuki's lack of action. I feel like the older sister is calling out to him and he just sits and watches, but maybe he can't hear/see everything we can. |
