| Because not everyone needs subtitles? I watched it back when it was still airing + I used to own the VHS collection. Personally had no issues recollecting plot events. |
| The show has Arabic dubs, it was very popular in the past, and you'd be surprised by the number of Arabs in this site. It's a shame it's not licensed, it wouldn't be so underrated if it had an English dub (or even decent subs). |
| Bad subtitles do not equal bad shows. It just means whoever translated it sucks. The 8 star rating is a rating of the show, NOT the English translation. |

| The subtitles could quite easily be overlooked once progressed in the show — I also found the usage of simplified Japanese very generous, which is why I could follow the scenes where the subtitles were indeed, gibberish. (For someone who has only picked up a minimal margin of the Japanese vocabulary, I found this to be quite the accomplishment for myself) As the others say; the inept translation does not take away from the show at all as it is extremely enjoyable and satisfying to watch. I went through it like a breeze. |

| watched it in arabic dub had some mistakes but i could understand it and the only thing i remember from it is that it was shit 4/10 arabic op |

| the subtitles were written by some other group totally unaffiliated with the anime; hence the term fansubs. op's argument makes no sense. if somebody with bad english wrote the subtitles for star wars or avengers, they must be bad then too by that logic |
