There's still a lot of buildup but I think it did get the point at some parts. Pretty chill episode as well until the second half with the action with the trion soldiers. Yeah, classic World Trigger stuff even if it felt a bit fast. The ending just felt a bit awkward to where it left off honestly. Dang, that OP song at the end.... |

| They adapted it almost exactly as I expected. They went a bit further but eh. Totally called that they won't show Katori squad nor Gatlin's expedition unit. I wonder if they will go over what they skipped if the anime comes back later. And what was up with the AO stuff @_@ Arafune and Reiji are total beasts though. Always nice to have someone babysit those needy snipers :p Death flag for Tachikawa? :O Anyway, Hyuse finally called Youtaro senpai ;_; Welp, Toei wasn't the best choice but it was a fun ride. 7/10 I suppose. Hoping that tweet earlier means the anime will come back. |

| Well, it's had its ups and downs but it was a decent run. I feel like it was kind of dumb to have an ending the way it was because it was so open but oh well. I'll be watching the sequel assuming it happens but kinda glad to take a break from this show for awhile. |

| lol~ Neighbor guy denied quickly. KajiKaji's character visiting Arashiyama team. After hearing his conclusion, he's better taught by Hanazawa-san's character? She is like him who had hard time become stronger because of lack of trion. She refused, though. She thinks that he can just reach the goal in two years. Strongest gunner lowered his head in order to learn more, so she thinks he should think of a way himself like him (and not just being so used to everyone's kindness). A skill to use wires is helpful to help neighbor guy. And he just had to practice sticking the spikes on the wires on the positioned objects (Being supportive). Neighbor guy was asked to join because his name starts with "K" (and a skilled one). She still tries so hard to recruit him, who keeps refusing her offer. It became a battle of stealing him because Sugita-san's character came. Other neighbor countries arriving. Rank battle still continues, though, without those competitors not joining the war. Human form trion soldiers with barriers. The neighbor guy from previous war left them, and he appreciated little guy's teaching. OP became ED again as the series ended with 30 sec. before the battle begins. Chibi explanation with main four under the form of "Preview" about upcoming events. |

| Well this was fun while it lasted. While this anime's quality suffered a bit due to the fact that it was filled with things that are typical and common in Toei productions, it was still pretty decent. 6/10. |

| I'll miss this series, but it really needed a break for more of the manga to come out. I really hope they do make a second season. I like how the final episode had so much stuff in it, as a normal episode would, rather than a sappy ending. This show really had a unique style (excepting the filler arc). |
| All my long-running anime ending after winter :((( (Daiya, Gintama, and now WT) Really sad to see this go, it's been a really fun 1.5 year, World Trigger. I'm so glad I decided to pick this up, despite not actually being really excited for it when fall 2014 came around. It ended up becoming one of my favorite anime each season though. The worldbuilding is interesting, and I love the whole Trigger system and the strategies. Osamu is such a refreshing main character, I can't stress that enough. It was a lot of fun watching Takakoma-2 grow throughout the series, they're a team with great potential, but they're slowly working their way up (well not really slowly, but they mostly got to where they are because of Yuuma). Also, despite the large cast, I found a lot of them to be fun and memorable. The current invasion is so hype, with all the top ranking border members on duty. Really glad the anime made me pick up the manga when it first began. While the animation is nowhere top-tier and there was the very obvious budget-saving techniques, it was still an entertaining ride. Will truly miss this (at least there's still the manga!). I think it would have the potential to be more popular had it not been animated by Toei...or perhaps people aren't into shounen sci-fi. please come back with a better budget, thanks As for this episode, this was the part in the manga where I really started understand Kitora. She's definitely harsh, but everything she said made sense. The "people being too nice to you can become a burden especially with types like Osamu" showed that she understood what kind of person Osamu is. While everyone is really supportive and encouraging Osamu, she wanted to make sure that Osamu really focused on his goal, which is to have the opportunity of getting picked for the expedition, NOT to make himself be able to score points for the team. It's unrealistic at this point, and needed to really understand this, which is why she taught him spider, as way for him to maximize his helpfulness to the team. I also liked what she taught Osamu about being humble (and getting too used to people being nice), someone explained it really well in relating to Japanese culture in the manga forum. |

 Episode 73: To the FutureTime to talk about the final episode. Gattlin with Killer Bee's va, I lol'd. Based Izumi, bullet fool, and Ninomiya's master. Kitora's actually concerned about Osamu. Mikumo x Kitora's strong in this episode! "We'll do it. No matter what." - Strong words from Kuga. Kako's twirl from bargaining mode into forced retrieval mode was one of the highlights of this episode too. Kage called Kako "Phantom Hag" which sounds creepy for a nickname/moniker. I read on chippokenabokura's blog that her "Timer" trigger may have something to do with that. Or maybe she can instakill an opponent with her Scorpion/Teleporter trigger. Looks like Chika found a new home(Thanks Yuzuru!). Yuiga! They put Osamu's "getting excited for the next match" line on this rooftop anime-only scene which made it better, I guess. No Katori Squad introduction, but it's understandable. They removed Jin's "spoilerish" comment about Tachikawa's fate. It's awesome to watch all of the snipers working together. That "Gate Fireworks" tho... Arafune vs dogs XD. Hyuse's short flashback was missing but they've added Jin and Konami anime-only scene instead. Hyuse's grateful to his senpai, Yotaro. So Rindo's also on Tamakoma Branch building at that time?! I'm ok with that because he said something cool there. When that music started playing... That team fist bump... "Begin transmission!" - I hope that also means transmission from "first stage" to "second stage". You did great, World Trigger anime. |

| Perhaps if 1/4 of every episode wasn't dedicated to recap I might have enjoyed this show more and we could have gotten further along. A lot of this show felt really half-assed and Asumu was a really obnoxious character, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the ride. It would be nice to see the show continue considering how much was left unresolved (and the introduction of a new saga in the final episode), but I won't be disappointed if it didn't. I enjoyed the show, but not enough to care about a lack of resolution. |
| I hate to say this but when I started watching it I thought it was mediocre. Still do for the most part. Wanted this show to end sometime around that turd of a filler arc. Now it's over, but I don't want it to be. Why? |

| this was the first show I started since I joined MAL..that is this was one of the first Anime to be on my currently watching list that too for more than an year...so this one has a special place in my memory... this show made me rethink all the combats that I have ever seen anywhere... also it brutally showed that one cannot just surpass others just with their power of will...looking forward for next season.. |

| Not one of the best anime but one of the most consistently enjoyable. Was a great anime to relax to. Now I won't be able to watch it. =/ Such a shame. It felt like an odd place to leave it but what can you do. I hope they make another season ASAP. |
| Besides the animation half the time and the pacing this show has been one of the better things I've seen in awhile. All the characters are so likable and have their own personalities which make them stand out unlike other shows, tactical fighting instead of insane power-ups are always a plus and just the atmosphere of the show itself, so laid-back and has it's suspense as well Deserves overall an 8/10 but I think I love this to much so I'm giving it a 10 On the topic of the episode Ema x Chika confirmed best couple, so cute together to be honest Also Yuma you dog, got all the attackers wanting to fight and Kako herself wants you, lucky boy |
| It's been a great ride. I already read the manga, but it's still a nice addition. It's pretty weird after I realize that the current rating is 7.8 rather than around 7. Because at the start of the series, it's under 7, and I'm not really pay attention to the rating lately. Nice, I guess. |

| It had a horrible start with slow progression and terrible animation but after around 20 episodes it picked up enough to be entertaining. Wouldn't mind if it came back though, things were about to get interesting. 5/10 overall |

| it was a great ep and all and finally got to see more Kitora but man it sucks that it was the last ep, and at such a high moment.. though it cant be helped because its caught up with the manga and would have sucked if it pulled a filler hell like other series have done but im sure a season 2 will happen in the near future we'll just have to wait about a year or 2 before it happens though buuut i'll be worth the wait imo but for now i'll finally start on the manga |

| As underrated as the show was, I enjoyed it immensely. It was pretty much the one constant show for me in the last 1 and a half years. It really did end at a weird place though, so I don't see how it'll be possible for them to bring it back without a refresher somehow. Still, all else considered, I'd still want them to bring it back so that I can see the end of the story. |
