| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Oh...  Some training this episode and buildup. A decent amount of focus Rossweisse as well... Hope pacing picks up from here especially with the Red Dragon, Vali, and stuff involved. Oh and of course Loki. Can't forget him in this arc with what he has been doing. |

| Main guy is unconscious even though his body is cured, and only ex sister devil girl can save him. She initiated the kiss after he woke up. Back to school. The hidden power being activated... and the reason, which he doesn't remember it. Fake main guy, Loki guy, controlled buchou. Loki guy used his fear to become him, and she was controlled because of her fear. He decided to meet the guy who collaborates with Koneko's sister before saving buchou. |

 Pretty much my reaction to the changes. Unpopular opinion: I like this more than what happened in the LN. ...And then I watched episode 11. Fuck this. |

| Man, Isse just can't catch a break. It must be pretty hard for him to keep him harem safe. Nice to see Asia taking some initiative with Isse, I think that was their first smooch. Also, we came SO close to seeing Roseweisse's oppai, but i guess the wait continues. |

| Still waiting on subs to get uploaded, i heard Funi is late on them today so it's gonna be awhile, i don't really care for watching raw since i cannot understand japanese except for certain words and phrases lol. watching other shows in the mean time. |

| Pretty obvious what doubt Rias is holding in. As she's made hints since DxD New(when Akeno fell for him) that she's afraid Issei is seeing her just as buchou instead of a love interest. It made it even worse this season when she saw how far he'd go to protect Asia(including destroying confession letters and going out of control when she "died"). It's also to the point that she's the only one that he doesn't say by name, just as buchou. So you know what's coming for him to help her overcome that. I'm also expecting Kuroka to do that "I want a baby from a dragon" stuff again next episode, since Issei will need her help. |

| So, they basically took all the comedy and plot(yeah, for those who didn't know, this was ORIGINALLY supposed to have a plot... based around breasts, but still a plot) out of the anime, and added A S**TLOAD of fanservice and drama, they basically took the best things this had to offer. What Ishibumi did best with this series was the way it could get ridiculously tense(what doesn't happen here, because we have nipples flashing every single second) and right after, BAM! comedy time. That whole Asia thing, it was ridiculously rushed and worse than the original. The original simply made you get psycho about what would happen to asia, and then, right after, BAM! the anime didn't even get close to that, and now they're changing the story completely. I don't even see how would they put a certain god(read: spoiler), which is basically the objective of a certain organization, lead by a certain crazy guy(read: spoiler, times two). Well, i'm hoping they can pull off something, otherwise, it's sad to say, but i guess it would mean a premature end for the anime series. |

| So I haven't watch since episode 4 or 5 simply because it was censored and I was having none of that. I've heard mix reactions the last few weeks. Should I pick it up again? Or is it falling apart? |

| Good ep. Asia shine in this ep, most of the question answer and issei character development. Loki is just a asshole few ep back but now i really hate him and issei teaming up with vali -> next week gonna be awsome! |

| If it makes me a bloody LN purist, so be it. But the original content was so much better than this. The way this adaptation is rushing the character development with the added bonus of a melodramatic plot... Rias loses herself with alter-Issei? Really? Final nail in the coffin on my opinions of this. Damn, I wish I could actually look forward to the next episode. |

Getting upset should be understandable, even those who haven't read the original material. IF done properly, adapting a manga/LN into an anime can only lead to improvements. But all too often the content we loved is bastardized into a new story. If you want to love the anime and only the anime, good for you. By all means, have fun. This show isn't terrible. But I would've preferred to see the original content; I lament knowing that I will never see that animated. |

Even to last weeks episode when they changed how Issei calmed down after going JD, that I could bear. But now getting an alter-Issei, thats too far-fetched in my opinion. | Yeah, I couldn't care less about the light novel version of DxD. All the whining this season is just ridiculous. DxD is no Suzumiya Haruhi or Bakemonogatari, so I don't really give a damn if it is different than the LN. Decent episode. Not really enough oppai. Good twist with the fake Issei. I caught on it was Loki pretty damn fast. Of course, the main problem now is that with 2 episodes left the plot went from unpredictable the last two episodes to completely predictable for the upcoming episodes. This season reached its zenith and will now go downhill barring some sort of huge cliffhanger, but we don't really want that. Having to wait two years or more for a cliffhanger to be resolved is annoying (here's looking at you Haganai NEXT). |

| Okay, i read the LN.. Now, it was actually pretty nice, I was going by the knowledge that the anime offered (didn't go by the LN) and you sort of understand it. However, this episode just prove to be ridiculous... I mean in the LN, there was no cheating or anything freaking like that!! It relied purely on character development in a significant margin and therefore, we have Issei x Rias as the main couple then it is harem... While in this one, the thought of Rias losing her "virginity" to Evil Issei clone is unsettling. Now, I understand the author is working closely with the animation studio, but that thought haunts me you know... If you guys read a novel or watched it, and it is called Blacksmith something... (The original work included the Main Heroine being NTR'd by the Antagonist) as well as School Days~ you know which part... Anyways, the point that I am trying to get across is that the DxD LN did not have NTR nor near NTR situations unlike to this situation, and I for one do not enjoy it.... I am just watching it, because I am supporting the author to finish his DxD series since part of the profit the studio makes goes to the author, I believe |

| People claimed that S3 will cover only 3 volumes, but they don't seem to realize is that the creators picked a minor arc from volume 10 which is Issei's trauma that is about His first GF who wanted him to kill himself. - Although, i have negative feelings about this episode. I don't remember reading an NTR kinda scene in LN! This is all anime original. |

| This is not about the change or fast development. I was really liking S3 until this episode, heck even the first half of this episode is executed brilliantly but the 2nd half is fucked up! Rias isn't that weak that she can't even tell the difference in fake or real issei. - In LN, rias just runs away from issei crying. Issei realizes his own trauma while he has been like that all the way and end up crying in the corner then all girls in the group comes cheering up for the issei and then bold Isse's confession. Everything is perfect! Cutting down the plot, fast pacing is okayish but chaning the plot to something this messed up is non-tolerable. |

| Lol, Asia took the offencive. That kiss. And Rias has been taken away by a fake Issei... well, I'm happy this last arc will focus on Rias since she hasn't got that much attention this season. Anyways, I hope they take her back fast. |
| Well, after thinking for a little bit, I had decided to prematurely end my viewing of Highschool DxD BorN.. I like the way the situation was handled in the LN and well,as I said before where no cheating nor near NTR will occur, so see you later DxD community :D |
