| While I was searching in Google Ive come across the word "SENREI" I googled the meaning and it means "Baptize/Baptism". I scrolled down a bit and saw a movie named Senrei (1996), I read the synopsis and I was pretty much impressed about it. I also saw that it has a manga adaptation, I was so excited but then at the same time disappointed because it has only 1 chapter. The first chapter was actually good and i was wanting for more. Have any of you read this manga? What do you think about it? |
| I've read everything and let me tell you this manga is not for the fainthearted. I read it when I was in elementary school and it scared the living shit out of me. It's also the first time I'm introduced to "yandere" and trust me, Yuno Gasai is NOTHING compared to the mother in this manga. This manga still gives me nightmares whenever I think about it and even as an adult I'm afraid to pick it back up again because it's just so terrifying. This is seriously the best horror manga I have ever read, 100x better than Ito Junji. |
| just finished it. hang in for the first volumes, it actually gets really good at the end. plus it's so much fun and the art is beyond cool. |

| I've completed this manga and I think it's very good. There's a reason why Ito, Junji cites Umezu, Kazuo as his idol. If you liked this I'll recommend checking out The Drifting Classroom. |
