Inevitable punishment episodes like these are so depressing :(

I feel you Danpei, I feel you. Also is it just me or has Yoko become hotter as this series has went on?

I'm looking forward to better days for Joe.

Joe just can't have a break...now he is vomiting blood and shit D:

The first half was nice, Joe buying Danpei a beer was a nice touch.

Joe has to listen to Danpei and don't accept fights until he recovers.
Only one hit to the face and his stomach let him down.

Again, this season is really doing a better job. Like it, how they present Joes trauma.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

Joe has a fairly big trauma with Rikiishi ... So much that it made him vomit in the middle of the fight after the blow to the temple.
I love the scenes in which "supposedly" Joe talks to Rikiishi.
Danpei with his "My Joe!!" always make me nostalgic and a "little" sad.

Ah, Joe like in the prequel, threw up after actually hitting a real punch. The fight was as tragic as in the prequel.

I also want to mention this: the animation has so much heart, like wow, they put serious effort into making it good.

Nevermind, Joe still has a lot of growing pains. But, progress is progress.

Damn that must be serious trauma to throw up after landing a hit on the temple.

He vomited from trauma. But he wasn't rested like Harajima and nor got delivered the level of blow by him. Even with the conclusion he performed much better.
