Yoshida has pitched well up to this point and he has been an incredible douche. Props to Minami for the spat that she and Yoshida are going through.

I loved Minami this episode. They've been focusing on her playfulness rather than her perfectness lately, so she's slowly becoming more likeable to me.
Yoshida is a jerk. Wanting to compete against someone is one thing, but the way he's acting is way too annoying. I hope he gets kicked out of the team or sth.
It's a pity that the coach switched them so early. I wanted to see Sumi Tech score several runs against Yoshida first D:

Ha! I really loved Minami in this episode, she was very mischievous and feisty. I agree up above, they should have kept Yoshida in while gives up runs. That way it will bring him down to earth, and save the Nitta x Tatsuya battle for Koshien.

Hey, even though Yoshida is a douchebag he is a pretty damn good pitcher as well xD. Minami was really awesome in this episode, she showed some guts when she scolded Yoshida for being a douche towards Tatsuya. Nishi comic relief part was hugely appreciated lmao.

Oh god, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! Oh coach I was beginning to hate you but no you saw right through Sumi Tech. They were going easy on Yoshida just like they did Nitta, if it wasn't for Nitta's line there at the end.

Yoshida you truly are a dick. Coach you really are playing to win, Sumi Tech is now getting serious so now you bring in the ace.

Suck it Yoshida.

This is one long baseball game. I'm worried that Tatsuya isn't going to play well, don't want him to lose the ace position. Though it would motivate him to be more serious.

Yoshida velocity is decent, his control is top-notch but damn Uesugi is great the third base. Prediction and strategies are really his forte.

Glad to see that Yoshida's talent, and potential weren't put aside in order for Tacchan to shine, he was so hungry for victory that I thought he was going to make mistakes, and never have a chance again, but he had a perfect game for more than the half of it. Also glad that Tacchan didn't do anything stupid again, and took his position seriously, and it was funny to watch Minami, and Yoshida being really "edgy" with each other. xD

^ Hungry for victory my ass. He doesn't even play for the team to win. He's hungry for that fucking pssy.

It's time for Tatsuya to shut him up

Minami was amazing this episode, standing up for her hubby Tacchan. Gotta give props to Yoshida being a good pitcher but so far he isn't much of a teamplayer, being the most insufferable guy so far. Almost thought the coach was an idiot but by the looks of the last scene he really had a plan up his sleeve.

I don't get all the hate on Yoshida — he is finally shining, left the sidelines and got to be "something," and obviously now he is worried about losing this slight light up in the middle of a cave. I'm proud of him for holding his own and competing against someone he previously could only admire.

This was probably the first "fun" baseball match in Touch for me. The previous matches were thrilling but they weren't that entertaining. The interactions among Yoshida, Tacchan and Nitta is what did it for me. Or maybe I'm finally getting used to the baseball.

I hope Yoshida's douchebag days won't last long.

I'm all for zero to hero development but not when they're a douchebag when they become a hero.
