Okay, this anime has completely pulled itself from the gutter after this arc. My expectations for the rest of the series are still low.

The laziest segment at the end was funny, claw machine claws, try harder!
I do hope Tsurugi returns soon as well!

Still thinking that not many people gave this a chance.

That. Was. Bloody. Awesome. The series has jumped from 5 to a 7 just from this episode and I'm sure it all keep on rising. Tama was boss.

So he could be her dad huh? It's still twisted either way! Hah!

You mean this series? If so, yeah it's a pity but it's understandable considering randomness of early episodes.

INCEST aside, this is really turning out to be a very interesting story and plot, which at the beginning had none and was random as one can get.

Anyways I love the hole thing about Sasami actually being a god, or having the power of one. And the three sisters as well.
the useless brother is very likeable too.

I'm glad I didn't drop it at ep 1. :D

I am really glad I did not drop this series!!! It's really interesting and fun to watch.. the opening about little Sasami and her mom is so sweet. And that ending about the bunny is almost heart breaking..

And Tama-chan is so cute! Heheh... somehow I want to see this god at the netherworld...

Glad to see the series picked up again in the past 2 episodes, hopefully it stays that way for the remaining episodes.

Fun episode.
Jesus Sasami's mother is screwed up,she makes Kotoura's mother look like the tooth fairy in comparison.

I loved this episode, art was very fascinating like usual but this story went really dark which is what I love. Life isn't all fun and games and this episode portrayed that quite well. Sasami's mother really is crazy, I loved how the got beaten up, they didn't pussy out like studios usually do which is a really good thing!

I'm looking forward to more, this has been very good so far (although very "weird"), it's definitely something unique!
I almost never read discussions after I made my post, if you want to reply PM me or post on my profile page.

Sasami and her mom used to have a really cute relationship.
But now EVERYTHING IS FUCKED UP.
Poor Sasami, the bunny part hurt my heart.
Ha, Tama's singing at the end was so bad.

I think Sasami's mom is a little unfairly judged here. Taking in mind the start of this episode when it showed her alive and her saying how sentiments aren't reaching her as she is a dead corpse i can only assume that the character she's showing is not the real her. It shows that as a live human she couldn't actually be this cruel even if she hold the same principals because along with those principals she had her feelings for her daughter etc. But as a corpse it seems her human feelings are weakened so she only going by duty.

In reality she wasn't that cruel, she's only like that now because she's a zombie.

OKAY. I don't get this anime anymore. Is it supposed to be funny or more dramatic? The graphic is still really enjoyable though! ._.

Paparin is her father or her uncle, if that's so then who is the guy who wanted to get her back at the shrine in the episode 4 ( I thought he is her father)... I'm confused .

This story is turning here and there.. can't compromise it.
The incest thing is really hard to comprehend anymore.. just have to keep watching.
The only thing that haven't changed is the amazing art and animation.
I enjoyed Tama's singing at the ending most HAHAHAHA.
I still love this series.

Lol, how does anyone find this confusing? There were 2 previous attempts to take Sasami back to the shrine, but people are surprised by a third attempt? And the whole incest thing has been around and explained for ages now.
It's an unpredictable and often random show, but it's not particularly out of the blue. The show has had darker tones hinted previously, and it's merely just followed up on that.

I was also wondering about the consciousness-destroying drug... was almost expecting Sasami to not recognize her brother when he came in. As expected, Tama and Kamiomi both helped save the day; however, I was a bit too hasty to write off Kagami last episode considering her regen function, but I'm glad she had her little but important part this time.

Also, Tama reminds me of the untrained, natural genius type, who intuitively uses advanced skills without being taught or learning how they work. All the more awesome this time around.
