| The fuck was that? If it was all a dream, then how do they all share it? Aside from there being zombies in there world, the show was pretty grounded in reality, so where the hell did magic suddenly come from, if all this actually happened? This was a pretty stupid episode. I was actually liking the episode and the whole mystery surrounding this weird new girl they introduced, until they went onto the "it was all a dream route". |

| I liked the episode, but also it made me somehow dislike Rea. She seems to be weak and her personality isn't something I find interesting. But I can easily be wrong since I started watching this show from OVAs. So now I'll continue to the season 1 and I hope Rea won't be like I imagine her now. But lets start from a clean table. ;) |

Not a zombie though. Weird episode, for the supposed "conclusion" of the anime series, since there will probably never be an S2, going for the manga next. Was a good surprise, these 14 episodes were really good, the setting is different but the art was great, and the story didnt felt boring, but could had benefited from some plot twists or new characters get introduced (like that one from ep 13!!). 8.1 for the overall series. |

| Pretty fine episode! Lol and it all comes down to a dream three were having. Very curious this some kind of foreshadowing for later parts or just a coincidence. Anyway, we got to see a bit of Aria’s pitiful life this episode. She was literally masterbating there thinking of Rea’s father and that was honestly a bit cringeworthy to watch. I’m surprised she let down the charge to punish Rea there too at the end of the episode, must’ve been a good slap to the face kind of thing to snap her back. Meanwhile, we got a lot more of the interactions between Chihiro and Rea which were pleasing to have as always! I feel a little bad for Rea here, the dream-like Aria sure caused her some trouble and even going as far as to destroying the whole field. But just when she was about to expose her for it, the father quickly took Aria’s side. But hey, let’s not count out Chihiro here. Good job Chihiro, that was some amazing play(if at all it was a play that is, I mean he might’ve just been supporting Rea after waking up but very unlikely)! Dat final moment of the two was a really sweet and touching moment, gah I’m going to miss this show for sure. Mero was being the usual Mero, meanwhile, which was another great treat! I’ll give this short OVA series a 7/10. I enjoyed the first of the two a lot more obviously, but it’s always pleasing to have more Sankarea! A little disappointed we didn’t get to see the direct continuation from Episode 12 final moments, but I guess I’ll find out in time when I pick up the manga. And hence, time to pick up the manga now! |

| Interesting OVA, don't think this is a direct sequel to the ending of Sankarea but it was alright. Go Chihiro!! He was so badass supporting Rea there. |

| Man Mr. Danichirou here has been doing a really poor job as a husband because Mrs. Aria here is horny asf I was hoping that this episode would be another one focused mainly on Aria and maintain its dark and somber tone throughout, but instead we move on to introduce yet ANOTHER new character just like in episode 13. At least this one gets more of a proper introduction, screen time, AND a twist reveal (although does it all even really matter since it was just a dream/vision/hallucination?) before this series just ends and goes into the voids of the viewer's memories forever. They still should've dedicate these ovas and special to at least somewhat closing up Rea's story even though the story as a whole is still nowhere near over. Because a S2 is pretty much impossible at this point so it would've been nice to end with more of a sense of closure rather than throwing new characters at us. Anyway I'm sad to say that while I did start this series with real excitement, right now I'm kind of glad to be done with it all. It was all promising at first but at the end of the day I'd classify it as not much more than a waste of time. These two ova's and one special still didn't change my opinion on it overall, still sticking to my score. 4/10 If nothing else, I'll still be fondly remembering both the OP and ED. |
