| i liked this arc, serious episodes are necessary sometimes. ah shame that any hint of lesbian pairings never actually become canon. it's pretty obvious Otae will end up with that gorilla who is 13 yrs older than her diamond9393anda said: Yeah... | Well since I didn't check any spoiler I really thought Kyubei is a woman from the moment she was introduced because of her features and the voice, and also when she was shown in that ED. |

| The Arc is coming to an end. Pretty good final fights. Shinpachi is the MVP! Even without glasses he stood strong. The grandpa is fucking strong too LOL. And Kyubei is a woman. I mean, I knew it from the beginning lol xD |

| Oh so it makes more sense, she was a girl from the beginning but raised as a boy, and she lost her left eye with trying to protect Otae, anyway Shinpachi and Gintoki are definitely epic, seems like Otae is starting to understand how much her friends are important, next ep is the last one for this arc, I really can't wait to see Kondo's situation with the gorilla XD |

| So the shorty is a girl after all. Even though it might have been obvious but it was done well. I am glad that she indeed is a girl otherwise it would have been a far more complicated situation for the odd jobs and Otae san. Also good thing that the lesbian marriage thing is not going according to plan. |

| Kyuubei is annoying. Her whole mindset is just annoying. And what she said to Hijikata, was just stupid. He doesn't really care about what happens so he's got nothing to protect in the first place. This isn't a life or death fight either. And Otae needs to stop just sending everyone flying with just a punch, lol. I hope they can go back. |
