| Wow, I was dead wrong there ... I was thinking Shiro was a clone of the Wretched Egg or something, but it turns out she's Red (Wo)man after all. Lots of intrigue in this episode ... the old man has Branches of Sin, the Promoter doesn't know about Shiro, and of course the big reveal w/ the mask and 'Ksssht!' Glad they finally put in the scene everyone's been wanting w Senji naming Ganta's attack, though 'Ganta Gun' isn't the best move name IMO. I hope there's more Senji in this series soon, maybe he'll join the resistance. He'd be quite the asset with those huge arm-scythes. Tho all the Warden would have to do is flash some cleavage and he'd flee in terror :P Speaking of, that hard-nosed and sexy glare she has reminds me of Olivier Armstrong from FMA:B, but it could be the 'hot bitch w a sharp sword' aura they both have. 5/5, this and Stein's Gate are my favorite shows of the season and both are really picking up speed. :) |

| Not surprised with Shiro being the red man. Damn, I hate myself for clicking that spoiler below her character description. Spoiled my own self for something that should be at least surprising. Minatsuki turn back into a normal girl bleh I like her before. Also, that guitar gun looks lame. |

After that you will have a diet and eventually you will go back to semi-normal food, but there are some med you will need to be taking for life. btw, this is stuff from a documentary i saw a couple of years ago so there is always the chance in wrong ^^ |

| Eehh so it's just like gold-eyed Tenshi (I love mabo tofu) + red-eyed Tenshi (kill kill kill) except it's a split personality of sorts (Shiro we knew, then Shiro as Red Man) in Shiro's case and not split "persons" A twist you can smell/hear/touch/see a light-year away, much like how that guidance counselor in Yumekui Merry is the Big Bad. LOL Likewise Makina would obviously be with Ganta and Co. sooner or later. It's inevitable. "Promoter" is the apparent "Big Bad", but there's a "Bigger Bad." |

| yawnnnn Deadman Wonderland is like a slightly improved Elfend Lied. It's gotten pretty boring and stupid. so far -Not sure why that old man wanted to fight Shiro/red man personality. I think he died. -The prisoners are funny. -at this point I don't think I care anymore for whatever blood super power there is in this anime. Dropping the show. |
| This was rather a decent episode, but not bad. So Shiro is the Red Man. I think the underground organisation with the aim to crush DDeadman Wonderland will play an important role in the future. And who the hell is Genkaku? Did he kill Yoh? I'm glad that Hummingbird wasn't punished severely. |
| I acutally joked she'd get a hair cut; her hair was long and flowing last episode, yet understated in the preview. A bit of cliche here; character acts like an unhinged loon and display great villionous tendencies, however, possibly because she's a 'cute little girl'; her defeat is swift, her behaviour is excused, she's no longer seen as a threat, she needs protecting and she's fortunate enough to get a light forfit (harsh stuff previously occuring behind the scenes). This seems to be channeling a bit of Elfen Lied; Shiro having a serious persona and playing straighfaced killer, whilst on the otherhand, she's cute, dopey and fairly innoffensive - clinging to a male lead who doesn't remember her. There's the science theme too. That randomer attacking Ganta was interesting; I wonder what her story is? The rebelion on the inside are very brave. Hoping to see more of Shiro. |

| Good episode, but the penalty game was rather uneventful and not very suspenseful as the first one was. I agree, nice to see the good guys appear despite getting trashed while they are being introduced. |

| Wow, so Shiro == Red Man. Her costume does look like Ace Man's though, so she probably got the idea from that. But why did she kill all his friends? To get him to the wonderland and be her friend once more instead? =S Minatsuki was lucky right there. I'm also surprised that hair was even an option! xD Can't wait for next week! |

The only guy who is even higher in ranks than Tamaki. And there is only one Wretched Egg, and that is Shiro. So Shiro was the one who massacred Ganta's class, and she's the Red Man. It's pretty obvious, really, seeing how the Red Man's outfit is the same as that superhero's from Ganta's and Shiro's childhood. |

As a manga reader I'm rather satisfied with the adaption so far, they do a decent job. The studio seems to strictly follow a certain pattern of translating approx. 2 chapters into 1 episode of anime. There are some chapters that are longer and some chapters that are shorter in the whole and as result of that some episodes feel rushed in comparison. I'm pretty sure they will end the season at chapter 21, it would be the most fitting ending for the first season, I think. There's enough room for that and a second season would be possible. Small mistakes are pretty common in the first run.(often animation-wise) I think they will correct them in the Blu-Ray release or at least I hope so. | I'm disgusted..... Not by the ridiculous gore of this show, but by the huge RIPOFF they've done of Elfen Lied. Seriously, it's just too similar, so many key elements are EXACTLY the same. Oh well, anime has literally done everything, I don't expect anything to be 100% original. Overall, it was an OK episode. |

In order to answer this question, I have to put it as a SPOILER: There are many key elements that are the same, it's far too similar. Obviously the story is very different, but the elements are pretty much a ripoff. |
