| Can't wait until my favorite character in DW debuts. Somewhat disappointed that this episode was a bit different from the manga but as long as my favorite character eventually shows up, I'll keep watching. I hope her voice sounds awesome as well~ |

| Wow, I definitely would have to agree with Ganta in wondering why so many people would enjoy watching that crap. I never hated Shiro or anything, but I thought that it was awesome how she did all those things to protect Ganta. :U Might have to start the manga after the anime ends. |

| Aight, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna drop this show. No introduction of said character and the censor of the gore... This show hardly feels like Deadman Wonderland. I'm most likely gonna wait til this shows over, and then check it out again. |
| Wow. This show is super dark, to the point where I can't see any good coming out of Ganta's ventures. I'm getting darkness induced apathy... Seriously, I just don't care anymore. Is the audience that stupid to believe the graphic deaths in front of them are special effects??? Also, is Shiro like Stewie (Family Guy) or something? Its like the characters selectively take notice of her. |

| Awesome OP is Awesome. What an episode. People watching that race take place are insane. 'Special Effects?' I guess they got their money's worth out of that. >.> With inmates screaming blood cries. Whoa, why are people surprised it took Ganta so long to notice what Shiro did? It may have been obvious to us the viewers, but all he knows is that whole race they are trying to kill all the inmates. Ganta didn't have time to notice what she was doing, since he was trying to keep himself alive and only had time to think about till she was about to fall off that platform. DmonHiro said: Would you imbeciles stop comparing it to the manga? Is there a law somehwere that says it has to be 100% true to the manga? No, so shut up. Seesh... so they wrote one charatcer out, big deal. It's not like they can't introduce her later. And they moved one scene from the caffeteria to the field, again, big whoop. If you don't like it, don't watch it, but stop throwing a fit, nobody cares about your whining. Worry if there's no Azami when RedMan gets ahead of her. Then we can talk. Are you sure we shouldn't call you the imbecile? Cause its pretty funny, you don't care about whining when you go out of your way to address the manga readers. >.> Why are you complaining about people having an opinion? No anime doesn't have to be 100% true its original source, since they are anime originals out there. Though to some people like myself if there is a source, we would love it to follow it faithfully. I don't see why I can't be disappointed in that. No disappointment doesn't = I hate the show or the ep. They may have taken out a scene I wanted to see, but I still find this episode to be very good. Though I probably would have called it a master piece if they included that scene in. :P |

| FIRST OF ALL. Dat Opening. -cough- I'm pretty bummed that they cut out Azumi, but hopefully it's for a good reason. Regardless, I liked this episode. Not the best, but not bad enough that I'll drop it anytime soon. I just can't wait for Senji to appear. Seeing him animated will proooobably blow my socks off. |

| This is one of those times where the manga seriously outdoes the anime... replacing one character with another entirely? I mean come on...blah. I think I'll just end up dropping this if dumb changes and cuts like that keep happening. Turns it into an "alternate reality" rather then an adaption of its manga counterpart imho. Azami is just..awesome, how could they remove her from all that. (I miss Azami D: ) |

| WOW the opening song was horrible, the art and animation of the OP where great but the song didn't fit. As for the episode I prefer the first episode, but still it was entertaining despite the whole butchering in the storyline. I was expecting this adaptation to be 100% or at least 99.9% faithful to the manga, guess I was wrong there. But so far the 2 episodes have been enjoyable, in some way, waiting for Crow to appear. |

Fuck I was expecting so much from this 'cause I loved the manga so much! T_T 12 episodes: they're going for an anime ending probably, they're rushing everything and didn't introduce some characthers so it has to be. The little pictures are the end, oh my! Oh my! |

Wow! That was rough! A good rough, but rough nonetheless. I don't even read the manga and noticed a lot of censorship, but I still "enjoyed" the episode. It's just... damn. If you could think of a horrible way to die then it looks like they threw it in the race. |

| I don't think it was better than the first but still very good. I expected that those games wouldn't be some innocent safe staff but they really are a killing machine considering only 1 or two persons survive at the end. I'm kind of wondering how the hell aren't they running out of prisoners like that? If just one game kills 50 or something then what the hell? Shiro really went out of her way to protect him but i wonder if she has some brain damage with the way she acts all the time. She didn't seem to care at all if he will save her or not while she was falling to her death and no matter what, she always react in that happy smiley way. |
| omg, that opening, love it, nuff' said. so this was a fairly good episode but like everyone already said: it sucks that they messed with the storyline and erased an entire character(Azami), hopefully they will find a way to intruduce her later. and I think this is going to get really rushed, like they'll try and squese in the entire storyline in 12 episodes (wich sounds kinda impossible), cuz right now it doesn't look like we'll get a second season. btw it's just a feeling but I think they'll be skiping more characters -.- |

| It seems like they censored what happened if you fell in the pit. It's obvious, but gorey gore is violent. ;D I'm guessing Ganta will survive in the next day somehow though. |
