| Otto sure ended up bringing quite the item into the area though. Pricilla's entrances are always so violent lol. Poor Crusch though being injured this badly just after recovering. Poor Felis though being both a healer and her friend and yet not being able to do anything to help her. Sad that Reinhard chosen by the blessing meant that Thersia was fated to die in that war. Pris's way of motivating Leliana was roundabout but damm effective. Damm the chapel storming was the perfect point to end this cour with. |

| “I’m here to steal your bride” ahhh the fucking chills. What an entrance and what a way to end off the cour. I’m still annoyed we gotta wait 3 months for the second half, but fuck, it this is what it takes for white fox to cook up, give them all the time they need. This “counterattack” arc is going to be incredible. Fucking loved seeing Emilia tell off Regulus. The mere thought that someone would challenge and reject him just had him flabbergasted lmao. I cannot wait to see him get packed up in the second cour. Emilia kept the faith in Subaru and he rewarded her by coming through in the clutch. Again, not a fan of her but I do find myself growing more neutral every arc lol. Poor Crusch. One of my fave girls so I hate seeing her in this state. The effects of the dragon blood are horrific. That was hard to look at. Again though, even with all the pain she’s in she has full faith in Subaru to figure something out. This sort of confidence in a dude who has no special abilities(that they know of) is a testament to how great a MC Subaru is. Wilhelm and Theresia next cour is gonna be so hard to watch man fuck I cannot wait to have my heart broken. Was hard to read so I know watching it will hurt. February can’t come fast enough. |

| Very good set up episode here. Curious to see what Otto will do with the tome eventually. Great that Wilhelm explained everything. Interesting how the dragon blood transferred from Crusch to Subaru. That was a great wedding crash, looking forward to seeing how it plays out. |

It wasn't easy to be a Crusch camp supporter this season we suffered too much Atleast Subaru healed her a bit. Really loved the way both encouraged each other. It's so sad to see her and Felis so down. And now Wilhelm have to face the corpse of his wife. Too sad and dark. Wilhelm and Garfiel v Lust it's isn't fair odds too. I pray they pull through somehow. Priscilla was kinda fun to watch kicking around Al & Liliana. People are complaining why Emilia weren't acting rashly that's why 1 sec early and her head is chopped off. But now I can finally witness Reinhardt (and Subaru) v Regulas after 2.5 months... This was one of the best Yap fest of all time. |

Man, this was such a great episode. There were some massive reveals like Otto somehow still possessing the Book of Wisdom from Season 2 and Wilhelm's wife / Reinhard's grandmother still being "alive" and how she died 15 years ago. The direction was excellent as always and it's a strong buildup for the 2nd cour which will air later.
Seeing Crusch's situation just breaks my heart... She was arguably the best Royal Selection candidate but she got fucked by Gluttony in Season 2 and then by Lust in Season 3. She really can't catch a break... I wonder what would've happened if Subaru had taken all of Crusch's curse. Would she have gotten better? Would Subaru get weaker? Either way, she deserved better. The scene where Subaru took some of her curse was very well-animated.
Speaking of which, the "post-credits" scene was so good. Especially Subaru and Reinhard breaking that door. Such a hype scene!
Attack part is finally over. Counterattack will begin on February 5, 2025. That's like 2.5 months away. You can tell that it's going to be great from the build-up from this episode alone. So, the wait will definitely be worth it. But man, I still can't wait. 2025 can't come fast enough!

| was a decent episode until i had to see that annoying shit again. entrance at the end reminded me of cheesy buddycop hollywood movies but i'm just glad they're here to beat regulus' ass because he has absolutely nothing going for him as an antagonist. apparently, there's a wait for that until next year. |

| As episode and season passes one respects Subaru as a character more and more. Not only was he able (and forced tbh) to change but now he can act appropriately in the given situation, assure his companions that everything will be ok and not measure himself more. This is gonna be crucial for his upcoming fight against Greed who just barely didn't make Emilia part of his wrath. Let's hope that Priscilla fares well on her part as well as Wilheim after that revelation about his grudge. |

Standing up to Regulus at the end, brought some genuine concern for her well-being... but BOOM! Reinhard + Subaru with the blue-ball finish, was MUH-NEE fr. Gonna be a long, cold, hiatus this Winter. Glad I got these two books last weekend, my first source literature for an anime. Starting the LN journey = W... XD  |
| after such a high note of a episode last week a downtime prep for the counter attack finale episode for this first a cour ended on a cheesy but hype note i couldn't believe how much they were letting are queen go off on the clown that is regulus which has nothing interesting about him outside of being one of the faces you wanna see get pushed in knowing his character i thought there is no way he'd let someone mouth off about a another man for so long but the only way this could work is if our knights showed up at the perfect time to crash the wedding learning about the corpses and who they were plus the Crusch and Subaru's scene were the most interesting moments for me and the fact the tome is somehow being restored while this season was far too brutal at times for me thanks to the early 90min opener we really got into the thick of this 3rd season which has been the best of re zero for me personally since the first cour and i feel like part two will be even better i'd hope we are getting close to the end of the series but it doesn't seem likely with how many LN vols are most likely out lol long wait till feb 5th now i only got 1 show today to watch till the new year |

My first thoughts when the episode ended was... peak peak peak peak. Emilia out yapped Regulus. Otto continues to be the sleeper mvp, reviving the tomb of wisdom. Crusch disfigurement didnt look as bad as i expected it would, it kind of disapointed me. Reinhard: I've been blessed just now. Subaru: Blessed with what? A child? Good one, comedy on point. Bloody good cliffhanger ending, Emilia smiling explicitly when Regulus said no smiling was soo hype. |
| Best episode so far in season 3. Subaru healing Crush & Reinhardt kicking in doors. Waiting 2 months is agony. With 8 years of waiting I suppose we are similar to Subaru in experiencing pain. |
| Plans are underway, and a wedding crashed! Quite a hype way to end off this first part of Season 3, firstly with Subaru and the group meeting to discuss plans, with Priscilla joining the gang as well. Then, the segment with Crusch was a bit tough to watch, but it was nice to see Subaru tell her to leave it to him. I'm sure though that Felix isn't in the greatest of moods though seeing Crusch's condition. Of course, the most intense part of the episode had to have been the wedding scene, with Emilia rejecting Regulus, and Subaru coming in to save the day. A solid ending to the first half of this season, and there's lots to look forward to with the second half in February. Let them cook. |

HUGE WAY TO END THE ATTACK ARC! Let's go, Emilia! SHUT THAT MAN DOWN! Finally, Emilia is going to be saved, freaking Reinhardt just pulled up. The split-ups are pretty cool. Also, the Thersia reveal was so tragic I'm mad she's being used from her corpse. I'm so hyped for the counter-attack arc!  |
