The ecchi elements enhance the humor, rather than just being there for pure fanservice and nothing else. It's not the best animated, or even the best of plots, but it's different enough to not be boring, and the character interactions are utterly hilarious. When one character gave another what it *seemed* they wanted, only to get utterly rejected, it was the definitive moment of "okay, we've got something special here".

the plot is better than expected. yeah the ecchiness is a bit overboard, but honestly the characters are likeable enough, and the humour is actually great. magical girls being this vulgar is cringe but a good kind of cringe. Utena steals the show majority of the time as well. I hate mahou shojo shows usually, but this and madoka magika are good in their own ways.

Girls playfully embarrassing other girls for their own amusement is something that I find nice to look at. It would feel a bit less creepy if they were all a bit older, but considering it's a parody of the magical girl genre it wouldn't be as accurate if they weren't 14.

  1. Ecchi like this became a rarity over time
  2. The character designs are very nice
  3. All the characters are very likeable (Plus, there's character development)
  4. I love the aesthetics of it
  5. There's effort put into this anime

I know many ace people that are into and get the appeal of kink, but even if you can't, just look at SFW fanart of the series, people love it because it gives them "good vibes".

1. The comedy is actually pretty good.
2. animation isn't terrible.
3. Pretty good story.
4. Its mostly fresh story-wise. We have a good magical girl story from the villains of the series.
5. The only thing actually holding this show back is the nudity/ecchi aspects.

Was drawn in by the character designs and the Girls Love Comedy itch that hadn't been scratched since Yuru Yuri. Stayed for the interesting character dynamics and the funny ecchi situations the characters get into. Plus the OP and ED are both bangers.

because youre thinking of age i guess, anime girls by age are probably younger / older than you think they are

example: lore wise character a is xx years old, but her character was made in 2024 so shes one years old

and its fine to not be a degenerate. just dont shit on us, real men understands both sides.
