| @xkoeckiiej yeah, unfortunately these past two episodes have suffered greatly in the animation department. I hope someone is IVing all the necessary nutrients to the animation teams cause they're probably on life support now. But it was a good episode, I didn't exactly feel bad for Mahito but they definetely humanized him just like with Jogo and the other curses. Yuji's monologue was great too. |

| To me the overall quality of the bad guys drops a ton once Mahito is gone, but we finally got to this point so we can see what was the whole point of this "war" besides sealing Gojo. I wonder if they will drop the s3 teaser in 2 weeks or will keep it under the eug for now. Me personally I want them to take a break with JJK. They clearly finished this season because they had to, but no one in that staff isn't physically and mentally drained at this point. And guess what, the next arc is almost as action heavy as Shibuya. |

Even if I dislike manga pretty much, even if animators are overworked and it's not their best/final result, they still somehow deliver, probably, the best fight scenes in 2023. PLEASE pay those talented people and give them rest!! |

| Damn, Mahito actually transformed into a freaking parasyte and then got an ultimate later. Todo is also now confirmed best magical girl. Yuuji looked pretty metal with his cheek sliced up. Well done to the animators for making this episode look crisp! |

| Finally, finally, at least I think because that cliffhanger has me unsure, Mahito has been thoroughly dealt with by an amazing combined effort from Todo and Yuji, it was a very fun fight and of course it doesn’t stop looking amazing despite all the issues we’ve heard about over the months, the animators killed it. And I gotta say, despite not being the one to do the most damage to Mahito, Todo was without a doubt an MVP in this one because his technique really threw Mahito off, all the way up to the end with the fakeout that ultimately caused Mahito defeat, loved that moment, as well as his imaginary waifu combo attack paired with the music lol. And man, as much as I really liked the visual of the rabbits and wolves depicting what’s happening between Mahito and Yuji at the end there, I really wish he could have just been finished off right there because that cliffhanger has me unsure if this is his end or not, it would feel kinda weird if it’s not but there’s 2 episodes left so who knows what will happen (besides Manga readers of course), and I can’t lie I did really like seeing Mahito’s ego shrink to the size of a pebble and actually being scared lol. |
