It's not that bad. I expected it to be more slow-paced but damn did the pace in this episode got faster but that's not the main point here. I'm expecting it to be a chill one along the series of episodes but it might not go that way lmao. Anyway, I'm gonna give it the 3-episode rule treatment, if it didn't go as I wanted it to be then you know what comes next.

I won't point out the CGI part as a major issue but rather, I'm gonna emphasize the details they've given regarding lore and it intrigues me, I hope it will be still the next episode.

It seems there's gonna be a power system fixed which is interesting but our MC here is op as heck so it kinda off fell off to my taste. Moreover, demon lord exists in this world too and the kingdom is related somehow both historically and in the present which made it better than most introduction isekai does as a tradition.

For now, let me score this one a 7/10, I hope they won't rely too much on the animation style of this episode and we get to meet a lot of interesting waifu's and characters in general. That's all for me :)

What is it with the overt video game stuff? Like the guy just pulls his stats up on some floating panel as if it's the most normal thing in the world. That made sense in Sword Art Online because it was literally a video game, and I can let it slide when the MC has been reborn as their avatar from a video game. But what was the justification here?

Although it would at least explain why he got so OP. One of the developers messed up. He'd better hope there are no bug fixes in the pipeline.

Anyway, it was fun enough. Pure fluff obviously but that's what I'm in the market for, so no complaints here.

And so, first you need to explain that I will evaluate according to the criteria.
1. Plot 2/10 is a template plot in the fantasy world, it may seem that it is unique, because the main character is a farmer and absolutely unremarkable, yes, but we haven't seen it anywhere -_-. The first girl turns out to be a princess, the main character has an unprecedented power to anyone before, refuses a reward for saving the king, yes, of course -_- . And banal stuff like fighting demons is so annoying. We will follow the development of this "unpredictable" plot
2. Characters 3/10 - What can I say about the main character that you will never empathize with or worry about. He is a dummy, without ambitions, ideals, thoughts. Maybe it's too early to judge him by the first episode, but I'm sure there won't be anything particularly improbable there.
The king is a template. Loves his daughter, "wise", takes care of the people.
The princess - about her in the first series, I can't say anything straight yet
A friend of the main character - that's how I christened him, since even writing this review I can't remember his name. I think it's clear what I think about him.
3. Drawing 6/10 - I can't say anything about it, standard drawing, unremarkable. It'll do.
4. Genre 1/10 - fantasy. So worn out and fucked up (there are no other words to find). The level system is so "unique" and almost nowhere found in anime (ranobe, manga) of this genre.
In general, according to the series, we can say that it looked through the force (because of the "unpredictability"). Obviously, what will happen next. And I am surprised that the average score at the time of the release of the first series is higher than 3, even more than 6. But even so. I want to finish watching it just to be in the completed ones. I hope I won't drop it. (This is my opinion and it may differ from yours)

Yikes. This was an easy drop.

I was hoping it would be something like Banished from the Hero's party or even something ridiculously comfy like I've been killing slimes, but man, this is like doing a milkshake with all the worst ingredients you can find in your fridge.

I can get behind the idea of a fantasy world with cheaply done CG monsters and even just average art and animation. But if you also add a pointless videogame stat mechanic (for pure masturbatory purpouses on numbers) and ridiculously overpowered audience insert main character that will serve as the saviour of the day and will get begged over and over by royalty to fill in a higher position, then I see no value in this cheaply made male fantasy.

Very brief and shallow explanation of the Skills System. MC feels unrealistic because very little was done to explain or show justification for the way he thinks; nothing wrong with wanting to be a farmer for life, but to not have a backstory that explains it makes him feel like a weirdo

It stands out from the other anime. It shows in a special way the power of the farmer, a lower class in society. Is not an isekai so people can complain is another op main character isekai. Animations are ok, the idea plot is understandable where is going, but i like it. Also a good fact is that in same way it spreads the information about agriculture in a fan and not boring way so it's a big W.

It's possible to kill a dragon with a carrot when you throw it with the power of 65k points, more likely the dragon status is around 20-35k points. So is a very big posibility to destroy the dragon like it. The explosion like it been is feels a bit out of the place, but in rest i found it normal.

depends upon how you watch it, if you are watching it by comparing it with other animes of fall 2022 then you might not even like it but
if you are watching it for fun then you might find it interesting

Like the part where

You can say mc is like Saitama (one punch man) but the anime budget was low

the first scene with a dragon looked really bad I would say it looked as bad as monsters from arifrutea first season or even worse. Other than that first dragon it looked ok. The way he use farming tools and a carrot as a weapon is funny too, I hope the next episode will be a little better. I don't know but I felt like it needed something.

I expected to watch something comfy and slow-paced, so as soon as I saw the dragon, I knew this anime will be a disappointment. But honestly, it's not that unwatchable so far. Nothing special either, but decent enough for me to watch. The carrot meme was pretty funny.

I enjoyed this, it definitely looks a bit rough in the art and animation but the content itself was fun, Wayne wanting to do nothing but continue his farm life no matter how much he was begged to work for the kingdom was funny lol, the best demonstration of his power was definitely using a carrot as a ballistic missile lmao. And the CGI dragon in the beginning looked funky, it almost reminded me of claymation but of course it wasn’t, but I wouldn’t say it looked bad.

This also kinda reminds me a bit of “Banished from the Hero’s Party” from last Fall season, which I was a fan of, I’m hoping this one can go a bit harder on the SoL farming stuff but I have a feeling it won’t from this first episode. Even if it doesn’t this looks enjoyable from this first episode despite not being the prettiest show lol. And that OP was nice for sure, and we heard the ED but it was a bit drowned out by dialogue, it sounded good tho so I’ll patiently await the visuals next week.

Also loved the next episode preview at the end of the episode, I love when anime get a bit creative with it. And I see one of my favorite VAs voicing Fal, love to see it

Fantasy + plain and generic looking MC + overpowered + low budget animation + horrible CGI dragon + save the kingdom + maou antagonist + generic blond love interest... the only noticeable things are that the MC is a farmer even though we don't really care and the best thing of the whole episode was the ending announcement of the next episode title since that's the only original scene I've seen in this show so far with the carrot scene as well

I don't think I have anything out of line with everyone else's comments. Yeah, the CGI is distracting, but it's probably cheap, which may have enabled more labor on the rest of the stuff. Love the OP MC in the setting of a farmer, it's a novel idea and I'm here for it.

Just horrible. The CGI is at SyFy Channel special level bad. The standard animation is janky and in many scenes, barely animated. The story is predictable, even by Isekai anime standards. The one moment I did laugh (the carrot blowing up the dragon) was very funny, but couldn’t save the rest of it.

Very straight forward with MC's motives. He simply wants to farm. Impossible to tell if his reasoning will be portrayed. Probably gonna just be about how he uses farming skills to beat the crap out of monsters and demons and whatnot. Either way I'm probably gonna give it a go to the end.
