It is very nice it's one of my favourite animes because of many particular reasons just like it have very nice avenger in the anime and show how the lonely slime become a demo lord and I curious about the coming new season

For me personally, I found the manga years ago while fucking around in Barnes & Nobles and completely fell in love with the characters, the world, the whole thing really. It hit all the check marks for a high school freshman weeb, so when I first heard that it was getting an anime adaptations, a lot of nostalgia came flooding with it. It felt good to know that a manga/light novel I’d loved for so long now had the recognition that it deserved, and it helped that the cast truly brought all them to life beyond anything I could’ve anticipated. And the ANIMATION is just👌🏾🖤. If you ever consider giving it another chance, lmk. I know there’s a bunch of animes out there rn with the same premise (honestly, I have similar memories with a lot of similar anime in syndication atm lol) but, this one sits on a different lvl. There’s a lot to like ab the series even if it’s a bit slow and cringe at times. Honestly, it wouldn’t be anime w/o some cringe factor/fan service/weird shit in general lol

honestly very mid anime i just like geopolitical fantasy with good stories. this is exactly it, somewhat geopolitical with some nice story and mystique. all in all though the characters etc are very underwhelming and basic. humor is horridly unfunny

Just watch Season 2 part 1 and you'll see why I personally like this anime.

I would advise you to give the show a 2nd chance. Just long enough to see how it changes, compared to it's 1st season.

I came to this page thinking about making this exact post only to find you did it first.

This anime was bland as all hell. Fights were cool to look at, some dialogue was funny, the art was nice, and while it could be relaxing to just watch someone be OP for a full season in a beautiful looking world, the civilization building actually was semi-interesting.

Then again, if I wanted all of this and wanted to have fun, I'd probably just play Dark Cloud.

But I can see why people might like it. It's just not for me.

Well, the MC is insanely OP and cute. The character development is insanely good, and the designs and sound effects are very good quality. The story and worldbuilding is well-planned, and…the MC has BLUE HAIR!!

First season is rlly good, everything after that was trash, I didn't enjoy it anymore. AT least anime wise, maybe ln/manga are better who knows. But I dropped it after season 2

So true lol. I’ve seen harem characters with more personality than all the characters in this show. I was trying to be respectful but i’m gonna be honest I hate this show with a passion lmao.
